Nos la dan a las 15,00 ,diciendo q en nuestro contrato figura esa hora, yo por más q leo no lo encuentro, No hay entre la agencia y el hotel coordinación, como siempre lo sufrimos los clientes nos han defraudado no entendemos la política del hotel. “Rooms are small but nicely laid out, pool side views is a nice bonus. The beds are very firm sadly which has been very difficult to sleep on. Bathroom is nice with bath and shower head. Free shampoo and body wash. Food selection is plenty to choice from and loads of fruit. Pool is nice and not to deep, can stand up and come up to my lower neck (im 5ft11) Not much on site in way of entertainment for older kids 12+ so bare that in mind, when we came in March it was mostly old people.”
