This was the 3rd place we stayed in Mallorca this trip over the last 3 weeks and we thought we had saved the best for last BUT I have to honestly say this wasn't the case the accommodation was good and clean, we hung our towels in line with other hotel's eco policies but we found them to be changed daily anyway (more a point as I am sure you have targets to accommodate) the Aircon was frustrating no way to make it cooler , no real air flow and the room was not cold, it was cooler in the main reception area, we ordered an iron to our room on the first night as we had a dinner party to attend, the service phone rang for 15 mins, asked for the iron after waiting for 1 hr we rang and waited again, thankfully the iron turned up on this occasion 20 mins later BUT we were late leaving, we didnt try and get an iron or order anything to the room again. i would say for the hotel brand and stars the service was poor in the communal areas and felt very understaffed we had drinks at the bar the first night, there was an ok feel to the bar but it soon became obvious there were Spanish friends of the younger newer bar staff, lots of chatting, waiting to be served when severed it felt like a chore, we heard comments like i don't need this its been a long day , and puffing anf panting just making it horrible, made us feel like we wanted to go somewhere else, which we did after waiting 40 mins for a bill that luckily i studied and removed charges that i hadn't occurred, so not the best experience!!! again staff , the whole area wasn't welcoming pool area was unmanaged , people just laid out towels went off for hrs and just took the beds they had reserved from 9am, no policy from what we saw so we went to another pool for the days we were in palma we brought breakfast and there was no one until our 4th morning checking to see who had purchased breakfast, all over the weekend we heard please talking about having free breakfasts as they wanted to check what was on offer but equally there was no way to pay, not happy for the in consistency, Equally 4 of our 5 mornings we set up and put aise the dirty plates and cups to get a table as there was no where to sit , also unacceptable, you will reply to this saying there are busy times , as i said at the start the whole place felt under staffed

Hemos realizado ya 2 eventos en este hotel uno con unas 60 personas y este segundo con unas 40 personas. En ambas ocasiones hemos estado muy a gusto. Nos encanta el hotel, pero queremos destacar la atención con la que nos han tratado siempre. Tratando de solucionar cualquier situación o imprevisto. Volveremos sin duda!

Hotelul arata bine si pozitionat bine desi se lucreaza in zona accesul este ok, lobby arata foarte bine si este curatenie , zona de mic dejun curata desi am vazut gandaci in zona meselor de share cele inalte este problema comuna la restaurante si zona de mese care trebuie tratata mai cu atentie, micul dejun desi este acelasi in fiecare zi este proaspat si bun, cred ca ar trebui alternative de mancare bio sau lapte fara lactoza, mai multe legume diversificate, camerele sunt curate dar nu in detaliu , colturile pline de praf toaleta inundabila si mucegai cam peste tot, doamnele de la curatenie sunt foarte ok si simpatice si te ajuta dar hotelul este vechi deja si cred ca trebuie o intretinere mai profesionala din cand in cand. Nu mi place sa dau o stea sau doua dar ar merita baiatul care ne a primit la receptie in prima seara , desi parcarea era goala la -3 nu ne a ajutat cu un loc parcare desi era 11pm nu cred ca mai venea nimeni, nu am cerut nimic gratis , desi am platit pt toata perioada de a doua zi putea sa ne dea din seara cand am venit , am cautat loc de parcare la 12pm evident am gasit la 2 km de hotel cu bagaje si doi copii dupa noi, a fost rea intentie si dezinteres , cred ca sunt lucruri care se pot remedia si nu obisnuiesc sa dau decat 5 stele si sa scriu problemele pe care le am intampinat. In aceeasi nota la intrare ar trebui sa aveti pe cineva care sa intampine oaspetii , pare locul parasit si nesigur .

Wir waren in den letzten zehn ahren ungefähr sechs mal in diesem Hotel .Am anfang war es ein Tagungshotel mit ca. dreißig Liegen am Pool.Man konnte morgens in Palma immer was erledigen dann kam man Mittags zurück und es war immer eine Liege frei.Das Hotel war in deutscher Hand.Mittlerweile sind es ca. 200 Liegen die werden am frühen morgen von Gästen aus England reserviert.Wenn jemand nach zwölf Uhr kommt hat er keine Chance auf eine freie Liege.Das Hotel hat sich gewandelt vom Tagungshotel in ein Badehotel a la Ballermann.Es ist in englischer Hand.Das Frühstück Buffett war früher vier mal größer und vier mal mehr Auswahl als heute.Das Personal im Frühstückraum muß stumm sein denn Sie reden nicht mit den Gästen nicht einmal GUTEN MORGEN.Man konnte früher auch auf der Terasse frühstücken mit Kaffee an den Tisch gebracht und Blick auf die Kathedrale.Die Rezeption war sehr zuvor kommend und super hilfsbereit,das gleiche gilt für Zimmer und Zimmer personal. Das Hotel wurde wunderschon umgestaltet von dem Lärm haben wir nicht viel gehört. Das war unser letzter besuch in diesem hotel
