“Honestly could not ask for better. We have just returned from a 3 night stay. When we checked in we upgraded to a room with “The Level” package. Such a good idea! The room was lovely and clean and well laid out. The bathroom idea did concern me but the toilet is separate so it’s absolutely fine and actually a really good idea! The staff were all really lovely, the girl who checked us in, Esmerelda, was beyond helpful and really got the holiday off to a good start! The Level really is worth it, having access to snacks is a very good idea and the ambience is very calming! Would highly recommend, will definitely be coming back! ¡Gracias!”
