- the room was not like 5 start ms hotels room at all,, personally i rate it 3 stars for the room - the air conditioning were not cold with some humidity and feels wet floors all the time - The service and the staff were so helpful in everything - 2 swimming pool 1 indoor and the other outdoors with jacuzzi - 5 to 10 minutes wall from the beaches - the location of the hotel is near the center but fat from the main city centre ( Palma ) and far from the airport ( 1 hour ) - better to rent a car in case you want to discover Mallorca

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Rooms are as shown in pictures. A bit dated but very comfortable and peaceful, which is a big plus in a busy place like Mallorca. Location is very nice. The hotel is quite understaffed and the service is pretty inconsistent. There is only one person at the front desk. In general the front desk staff could be much more efficient and friendly. Rita at the pool bar is wonderful!

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. Our room was beautiful, situated in the tranquil garden of this stunning hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety. We will be back and will recommend to everyone

Boutique cozy hotel around 10 min away from the beach and around 15 min from the Port where beautiful restaurants are located. The bed was comfy and a room had nice terrace. Can’t call it a 5 stars but is a good option. Breakfast was accompanied by the live music which I found cute as well.. parking is free if you park on the street (just avoid yellow lines) and bday celebration packages are offered by the reception as well at a special price. I have payed 30€ for bday cake slice and bottle of cava with a room decoration for my mom.

What an amazing stay here!! Can't recommend this hotel enough. The service of the team is definitely 5 star!! Can't thank them enough for all they did! To many to shout out. Breakfasts are top notch! Going to miss my fresh omelettes everyday. Rooms are really comfy and the Aircon is spot on. The pool is lovely and there are always beds available. Even though the hotel was full it felt out of session, so peaceful and relaxing. Best hotel I've stayed at. It's the 2nd time staying at a Melia hotel as we recently stayed at one in London and have to say there service is second to none. My hotel brand of choice now! Thank you for an amazing stay and the first time after leaving a hotel and area (cala dor is amazing) I will say 100% we will be back!
