“Phenomenal experience.”

“Casa de las Artes Meliá is truly a one-of-a-kind hotel with an exceptional location—perfectly situated within walking distance of Madrid’s main highlights, which makes exploring the city effortless. I happened to be there for my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a bottle of cava and a tart waiting in my room. Such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that really elevated the stay. The staff throughout the hotel are warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating—you feel well taken care of without it ever feeling forced. That said, the one area that needs serious improvement is breakfast. It was disappointing, especially given the price point and the Meliá brand. The quality and variety simply don’t match the standard the rest of the hotel sets. Aside from that, the hotel is wonderful, and I would absolutely stay again—hopefully next time with a breakfast experience that lives up to everything else.”

The restaurant onsite was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet each morning was excellent. There was a generous spread with limited but high-quality options a la carte for breakfast*. If you are here on the weekend you must catch the band, the dinner starters were phenomenal! The front desk team was consistently kind, accommodating, and very pleasant throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Juan Carlos, who welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. He helped with our bags and took the time to introduce us to the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Between the warm hospitality, excellent food, and location”

“Fantastica estadía en el Melia de las Artes. He pasado una noche en el hotel junto a mi familia y he disfrutado de un excelete trato, cuidado y atención gracias al equipo maravilloso del hotel. Han estado en cada detalle, incluyendo una visita por el hotel de parte de Adriana, la Guest Expierence Manager, un nota para mi hija y para mi de Jose el General Manager para desearnos una calida estadia, ademas de concedernos el late check out. “We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was great, the restaurant and food were delicious and everything was within walking distance. The hotel was really really nice too. Had everything we needed. The only small problem we had was that the rooms were too hot during our stay, I guess the heat was on high pr there was no AC because we were sweating every night. They did provide us with a small fan when we asked which helped a tiny bit but it was still very warm. Overall a great place to stay in Madrid!”

En recepcion nos recibieron con unas bebidas mientras realizamos el check-in donde ademas de informarnos de todos los servicios que disponia el hotel estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades. La persona gest experience igual muy simpática, con una sonrisa siempre y muy servicial para todo, ademas nos explico la historia del hotel. Encuanto a la gastronomia, el desayuno increible, disfrutas de un bufet muy variado, fresco y platos hechos en el momento. Tambien recalcar la amabilidad de las chicas de desayunos que estan siempre pendientes de ti para que no te falte cafe o para retirarte los platos sucios. Encantadoras y muy profesionales. En el restaurante Maché, decir que la elegancia del salon va en consonacia de esos platos elaborados con cariño y explicados perfectamente por los camareros. Tambien muy atentos ,simpaticos y amables. En cuanto a las instalaciones puedes pasar todo el tiempo del mundo disfrutando de ellas, puedes estar relajado en la biblioteca con un buen libro y un cafe, o en la sala de cine privada con una peli y palomitas o relajarte en la piscina del hotel. Ademas tienen un gimnsasio enorme, decir que no lo utilizamos, pero esta muy completo. Y por ultimo la habitacion, cogimos la habitacion Superior y nos sorprendio gratamente. Es muy bonita, la cama muy comoda, y lo mas importante silenciosa. La verdad que fue un fin de semana magico gracias al gran trabajo que hacen todos en el hotel y nos brindaron una gran estancia. My room was quite spacious by Madrid standards, which was a welcome surprise. The walls are not completely soundproof and I could occasionally hear neighbors, but it never affected my sleep — I use white noise and consistently logged eight or more hours a night without any issues. If you're looking for a place in Madrid that offers more than just a comfortable bed, Casa de las Artes delivers something memorable. It's the kind of stay that lingers with you after you've left.”
