Fantastic break at the ME. A/C and WiFi worked well. Great service and food/drink.

I am currently staying in the Melia ME hotel. The room is OK - I’ve had much better. Yes I am over 60 and used to the best hotels and service in the world. Had I known what the hotel was like I wouldn’t have booked it, however being part of a party to celebrate a wedding I chose to stay in the venue hosting the reception. Thinking it was 5* - Yes the location is beautiful and the accommodation is adequate. The bed is comfortable and pillows are excellent. The room is clean. However the hotel description of “True relaxation and unrivalled peace” is somewhat of a contradiction to the constant boom boom of the music played throughout the hotel incessantly and is not to my taste at all. Even in my room I can hear it. Dinner tonight was an ordeal. The food was good, but because it had rained We were seated on a table in the reception area. That wasn’t the problem the music was. All throughout dinner we were trying to talk above the noise of the ‘Ibiza’ club music playing so loud conversation was fragmented and neigh on impossible. This is the type of music played all day long around the pool in the bar and throughout the hotel in general - but for gods sake! Give it a rest throughout dinner service! The last straw was when at 11.00pm one of the staff asked us to be quiet, as because we were in reception the noise would travel upstairs! Well sorry! Your staff are making more noise than we were. I have made a mistake staying here, and I am booked in till Tuesday - however I am seriously considering checking out Sunday morning after the wedding ! If you prefer the elegance of the One and Only, Dubai, the Hyatt Park Beever Creek, The Meydan, The Churchill, London, Sandy Lane, etc you will not like this hotel.

Fuimos a cenar al restaurante y la experiencia fue excepcional. Nos pusieron en unos sofás muy cómodos, con vistas al mar. Destacar en la cena las almejas y la lubina, platos muy buenos y bien elaborados. La atención que nos brindo de principio a fin por parte de Giorgi fue impecable, cuidando todos los detalles siempre, para que se nos hiciera la cena una auténtica delicia.

Solo puedo hablar bien de este lugar, el trato, el servicio espectacular, enhorabuena! Agradecer concretamente a George el servicio, amabilidad y su indiscutible profesionalidad de cada día. Feliz año!

We recently had a wonderful family getaway at the ME Hotel Ibiza, and our experience was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, set in a picturesque location with breathtaking views. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I want to highlight Filo, who runs the kids' club. My children absolutely adored her; she is warm, caring, and treated them as if they were her own. Filo put in a lot of effort to organize exciting activities, including baking, arts and crafts, and games, making their time at the kids' club memorable. The quality of care and the activities offered there were outstanding. We also received fantastic service from Tatiana Martínez, who oversees guest services. The ME Hotel is an ideal destination for families, friends, and couples alike, with a wonderful atmosphere that everyone can enjoy. I highly recommend it!
