The all‑inclusive food has been consistently hot with a good choice, and the pool areas are spacious and well looked after. Service across the hotel has been friendly and efficient, making the stay feel relaxed and easy. Overall, a very good hotel and a really enjoyable stay so far. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels over the last few years and this is easily comparable to them.”

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht – das Meer ist jedoch so weit entfernt, dass man es kaum genießen kann. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Zimmer sauber sind und über einen großen Balkon verfügen. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aber keinem vier-Sterne-Niveau. Wir hatten All Inclusive gebucht und waren ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen ist sehr begrenzt, und die Speisen sind oft nur lauwarm und wirken nicht besonders frisch. Die Getränke aus den Automaten, vor allem die Säfte, schmecken künstlich und teilweise sogar nach Chlor. Am Pool erhält man Getränke nur in Pfandbechern und muss dafür selbst zur Bar gehen. Außerdem gilt das „eins gegen eins“-Prinzip – man kann also nicht mehrere Getränke gleichzeitig bestellen (z. B. Kaffee und Cocktail). Die Cocktails werden nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern kommen aus einer Maschine und werden lediglich mit Eis gemischt. Auch hier ist die Auswahl eher klein. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotelbereich – es wird täglich gereinigt. Die vielen Pflanzen und Bäume sorgen zudem für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Strand ist etwa 300 m entfernt, was noch gut erreichbar ist. Fazit: Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat, kann man hier zufrieden sein. Allerdings gibt es noch deutlich Luft nach oben.”

“Hoy fui a comer a este hotel desde afuera con mi abuela y tia polaca y la experiencia fue muy buena. La comida nos encantó, todo estaba muy rico, bien preparado y con buena variedad. El servicio también fue muy bueno, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Teren hotelu bardzo zadbany, pełno roślin, otoczenie przepiękne, jeśli ktoś lubi koty będzie zachwycony- na terenie kilka przyjaznych :) przy głównym wejściu na pobliską plażę wiewiórki które chętnie podchodzą do karmienia :)”
