“Great place, perfect location for beach and strip . Rooms dated but clean. Food hit and miss but always something to eat. Drinks were great. Javi from animation team is so lovely, genuine guy happy to help you have a great time. We would return here ♥️”

“Had a great time in Benidorm with our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children... Although it's the quieter time of the season the hotel made sure there was plenty of activities for the children and even had children's entertainers that really helped keep the children busy... There was a couple of children's entertainers that we had seen who really made a effort to keep the children entertained. There was one in particular called Javi who really made the effort to get to know us and to actually come find the children and do arts crafts even in the evening when the adult entertainment was on. Lots of games and generally making our children feel really special. It really made the holiday special as we came to Benidorm specifically to make great memories for the children and Javi really made that happen.... Our room was cleaned every day and had a lovely view of Benidorm The food was all inclusive and we had some lovely food. That suited everyone's taste. And the location was perfect. Overall great value for money and the children really had a special time. We will certainly come again.”

“Would highly recommend this hotel as it is in a great location. Only 5 mins to beach and 1 minute to all the best nightlife. Rooms spacious, modern, and clean. If you are getting the local bus from the airport, it drops you a 10 minute walk away which is very convenient.”

“Only negative was on our departure day, we know we had to leave the room for 12.00 but not aware the all inclusive was stopped the same time. We were not due to be picked up until 15.00, but imagine if it was much later. We arrived late on our first day so were not using our all inclusive, therefore we should be allowed to on our departure day. Disappointed.”

“Obviously I walked here to see the hotel. Fantastic. In a cool area. We got the tram train from alacanti just to walk to this to say I have seen it. Benidorm is fantastic. Very lively if you like that kind of thing.”

“I stayed here in October 24 and have to say I really enjoyed it, lovely pools and pool area, the hotel was nice and clean, my room was a standard room, the cleaners did a really good job every day, a nice little balcony, food was very good with a buffet to suit everyone although I didn't see anything spectacular for vegetarians (I'm not one) the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and polite, really enjoyed breakfast, great location, thoroughly recommend this place”

“Un lugar privilegiado es real y podes visitarlo si estas por Cuba, uno de los cayos mas elegidos por los visitantes, por sus playas por su servicio pero tambien por el servicio hotelero que ofrece, reciben muchos turistas a diario y no me quiero imaginar la cifra por año, pero estoy seguro que a todos los reciben con la misma sonrisa Les comparto algunas fotos del hotel, las playas las dejo para que las conozcan ustedes. “Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Rooms are basic but clean. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff are very helpful. Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could. The location is good as well. But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av.Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh.”
