It's fine for a quick business trip as somewhere to sleep but nothing beyond this. Front desk staff don't want to help at all and our room was not made up once during our stay despite us having the please make up our room sign on. No view of the city- we looked over a flat roof and faced another building.

I am going to leave an honest review of our recent stay. The staff is very friendly! They go above and beyond. The location is terrible, especially for a family, single females or young couple--read that again and do not take that lightly! This is not a safe area outside the hotel. The staff will tell you not to walk down the street adjacent to their hotel bc it's the most dangerous st in Barcelona...then we asked about the one behind the hotel, the man at the desk told us to avoid that one too, "oh, and avoid this other one, too!" Trust me, book another area! I'd compare this to Harlem in the 90s! The Apolo Club's music played all night until sirens 🚨 took over. Again, the area is close to famous landmarks but not walkable in the evening, take a taxi!

Ryan and the reception desk team really provide top level service at this hotel. They truly make the guests feel welcome and do their utmost to ensure that your stay runs smoothly. For us, the location was a great base from which to explore the city and the rooms were of a very high quality. I was also working remotely during our stay and the hotel has plenty of desk space from which you can work outside your room, including individual booths if you require a bit more privacy for calls.

GOOD LOCATION NEAR THE MAIN SITES. TRY THE TERRACE FOR A QUITE SPOT IN TGE AFTERNOON.

Muy buena atención al cliente en el hotel mismo, hicé un error en mi reserva y me lo arreglaron sin problema. El hotel es limpio, bonito, y cómodo. La empresa dueña del hotel, Meliá, tiene mala atención al cliente. Les he llamado y me han dicho que les mande un email. Les he mandado varios emails y no me han respondido. Pero el personal del hotel mismo es súper agradable y me ayudó un montón.
