“Spent a week here in block A. I'm 78 with my daughter (49)14-21/Sept. Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with friendly, efficient staff. As well as hand soap & lotion beside the basin there is shampoo, conditioner & shower gel over the bath with a shower as well. Room has air con & heating & a free safe. Nice size balcony with table & chairs. Room's are accessed by your wrist band saving having to remember a key card. You hand in a card for a pool towel which you can swap for a fresh one every day. We found the largest pool a bit like an icebath & didn't see many swim in that one! The water slides are staffed for safety & there are other smaller pools. It's a family friendly hotel so even during term time when we stayed there were a lot of children. Kiddies entertainment ran 8.30-9 30 which as adult's we thought was a bit late & adult entertainment 9.30-10.30 so we used to take a couple of cocktails up to the room & watch from there. We had 2 days of rain & would have liked a pay for films channel as there was hardly any English speaking programmes. We couldn't fault the food served at each meal time & people who say it is repetitious aren't being fair, there was so much choice that if you wanted to try different foods you could have something different every day but if you stuck to very few choices then yes it would become repetitious but that's your own fault not the hotel catering. Drink measures were very generous & we enjoyed working our way through the cocktail list & if sometimes there was a queue it went down very quickly as the staff are so efficient. There are 3 lifts in Block A so the hotel is wheelchair friendly right the way through. We went to the beach where the hotel has their own section a bit further along with a snack shack so you can continue your AI without going back to the hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay, not the hotels fault it rained twice. I've given location 4 stars because the pavements all around the Sunny Beach area consist of tiles a lot of which were cracked & broken so you had to watch your step & there was quite a bit of flooding when it rained.”

“Отдыхали в конце июня 2024. Отель хороший. Вначале нам выдали номер, который не понравился. Кондиционеры не выключались, не настраивались, было очень холодно и вид был на какую-то свалку. Сам номер опрятный и чистый. После просьб и жалоб обменяли в тот же день на прекрасный двухэтажный двухкомнатный номер с частичным видом на 🌊. Свежий ремонт, новая мебель, все красиво и чистенько. Очень благодарны сотрудникам рецепшена, что пошли на уступки. Большая чистая ухоженная территория вокруг отеля, есть прекрасный огромный детский бассейн (по пояс взрослому человеку) всем хватает места поплавать, насчитала еще 2 взрослых бассейна, 1 крытый бассейн со спасателем, и ещё пару для малышей. Их достаточно. Анимация интересная, эффектная. Приглашают специалистов, с использованием различных спецеффектов, костюмов. Каждый день новое необычное представление. Интересно всем, не только детям. Кухня на любителя, но разнообразная. Много вариантов морской рыбы, типа акулы,...много морских деликатесов, ракушек, креветок. Я предпочитаю другое, поэтому не оценила. Пицца 🍕 вкусная, свежая. До моря не так далеко, как думали. Очень все удобно и близко. Лежаки и зонтики включены на пляже от отеля для гостей. Всем хватает, но приходить на пляж желательно пораньше. Спасибо. Рекомендуем”
