So disappointed in this stay! I’m sitting in the lobby now two seconds from crying! I am so glad you have a convention with Bosch however this is at least my 10 stay here and when I arrive tour idea of treating a repeat customer is to give them a room right next to the elevator with the worse possible bathroom. I asked for something else and not much better. Breakfast was packed this morning so I waited to come back at 915 and then things were empty like some fruit, bacon and the breads were stale. Not once did anyone come to my table to ask if we needed anything. It’s raining and I asked to borrow an umbrella and they lent me one that was half broken. I let them know since I didn’t want them to think it was me and charge me. I went out until 1p and room wasn’t clean. Now they called me at 2p to ask if I wanted cleaning. Just not the service I am use to here and certainly not four star. I spoke with Carlos at check in and he was in empathetic to me. He did offer to check for better room today and just called to advise there was not one. The bathroom in my room is horrible. Can’t get almost in if you don’t close the door. So basic it is ridiculous. It’s important to care for your group who has a meeting but also for your repeat guests who have work locally. Sad those clients don’t seem to matter! I was told maybe what was only available when you checked in. I SUGGEST YOU TAKE A ROOM FROM INVENTORY PRIOR to a guest arrival if you want a repeat guest to be happy! I would have paid for an upgrade if needed since the bathroom is tiny and not as I have had in the past! I like this hotel and while closer to 4.5 i went with five since the location and staff are very good. The premium queen rooms are on the 11 floor. The one restaurant is in the lobby and serves all meals at night with lights to make it a little nicer than breakfast. The rates are reasonable and the rooms however are small. No tub just shower. Each room has a safe and a coffee maker. There is a mini bar and you must call for ice to be sent to room. They have a nice gym and an outdoor pool too. It is easy to walk to a few nice restaurants. Grocery store and Starbucks. We have stayed often and we enjoy it here!

Esta ubicado en la mejor zona de Campinas. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. Hay buen servicio. Tiene corredores para no videntes. Buena sala de reuniones y calidad de Internet.

Nice hotel in a peaceful neighborhood, in general the hotel is good and comfortable rooms but they were really old specially the bathroom.
