“Wir haben einen mydays Erlebnisgutschein geschenkt bekommen und unsere Wahl viel auf ein Candle Light Dinner im INNside by Melià Frankfurt. Wir wurden auf das herzlichste vom Restaurant Leiter Herrn Zied empfangen und an einen geschmückten Tisch geführt. Was dann folgte war ein sehr leckeres 4 Gänge Menü vom Feinsten. Persönliche Wünsche wurde sofort erfüllt und wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich für diesen schönen Abend bedanken. Wir wünschen dem gesamten Team weiterhin zufriedene Gäste und schöne Momente.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay! We had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Frankfurt Ostend. The hotel was excellent from start to finish — the rooms were clean, comfortable and modern, the service was brilliant, and the location was perfect. A special mention to Zeid, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality really stood out and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!”

“Stayed here for a week and the service from Franz was top notch. Free beer tokens for each day you don't need your room to be cleaned (great for the environment, too), lovely food and well located - tram across the road, underground within a 5 minute walk and a massive supermarket around the corner.”

“We stayed here while taking part in the Transplant Football World Cup, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for us. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were. On the days we had early games, they opened breakfast half an hour earlier just for us so the team could eat before leaving. We were so grateful for this and it made a massive difference. A special mention has to go to Zeid and the rest of the bar team. They were brilliant from the moment we arrived. So welcoming, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for us. We had a great week at the hotel and the staff played a big part in making our World Cup experience even more enjoyable. Thank you from all of us at the Wales Transplant Football Team.”
