“We stayed at ME Sitges Terramar for a couple of days last week, and we had an incredible experience from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, even though we got there very late due to flight delays, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even kindly let us enjoy a drink on the rooftop terrace before closing, which was such a lovely touch after a long journey.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view that made the stay even more special. If I had to suggest a couple of improvements, I would add a few more hooks or hangers in the bathroom for wet towels and robes. I would also consider updating the balcony furniture. It looks nice, but it could be more comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastic, very complete, with a great variety of options at the buffet, plus freshly made omelettes cooked in front of you. A special mention to the barista, who was absolutely amazing and made our mornings even better.
But without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the pool, thanks to the incredible BESO bar team ❤️ They made our experience 100% better. Everyone was super attentive, charismatic, and genuinely caring. Even working in the extremely high temperatures, they never lost their smiles and always made us feel so welcome.
A very special mention to Sol, who was amazing, and to the bartender, unfortunately I forgot he’s name, he made the best Piña Coladas! 🥰
The only thing I would suggest to management is being a little more flexible with guests who want to eat from the BESO bar menu. It would be great if they could also use some of the “restaurant” tables, especially during lunchtime when many of them were empty. The restaurant terrace is right next to the pool, so it would make sense to allow pool guests to use those tables when available, rather than having to wait for one of the very limited pool tables to become free. The pool team truly does wonders with what they are given. They should be incredibly proud of their team. They are a huge part of what makes the experience so special. ❤️
Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would 100% recommend ME Sitges Terramar. We will definitely be back! ✨”

“Mi experiencia ha sido fantástica ! Las habitaciones e instalaciones perfectas, la zona de la piscina muy bonita y cómoda gracias a las tumbonas y el servicio de bar. Nos ofrecieron fruta que resultó además de buenísima, perfecta para media mañana ☺️
Pero Lo mejor, el servicio y el personal, concretamente Luis, conserje, me atendió súper bien, fue muy amable al indicarme en todo momento cómo acceder a la recepción, hacer el check in e indicarme servicios e instalaciones disponibles. Ya que a la entrada me costó ver la recepción 😀
Volveré seguro 🙏”

“Hem passat 4 dies de vacances en familia i ens hem allotjat a estudi junior suite. L'experiència ha estat fantàstica! L'habitació és súper confortable, no li falta detall, les vistes al mar espectaculars, i les atencions de tot l'equip tant amb nosaltres com amb el nostre gosset Leo, sempre molt agradables.
En Leo ha pogut anar per tot arreu, cosa que no acostuma a passar a altres hotels, ha tingut llitet, menjadores, joguines i caricies que l'han fet molt feliç.
Al restaurant hem gaudit de bones propostes culinaries, la piscina és excel.lent i les experiènces incloses dins de la tarifa de l'habitació son una molt bona proposta per a fer activitats divertides.
Es tracta d'un gran hotel molt confortable amb tot de detalls pensats per a que el client gaudeixi. Però el millor de tot és l'equip humà que ens ha acompanyat. Les persones que han tingut cura de la neteja i benestar a l'habitació, l'equip de recepció, restauració, activitats, platja, piscina... tots sempre predisposats a prestar-nos el millor dels serveis, i sobretot l'Aleix de F&B. Volem destacar la seva amabilitat i professionalitat, s'ha interessat pel nostre benestar cadascun dels 4 dies que hem passat a l'hotel i ha conspirar amb el nostre fill per a fer-nos una bonica sorpresa. Aleix, ets un gran professional i t'estem molt agraïts per aquests dies en familia que hem gaudit tant i que de ben segur repetirem.”

We spent five wonderful nights at ME Sitges Terramar celebrating my birthday, and overall, we had an exceptional experience.
What truly stood out was the team and the level of personalized service. From the restaurants and breakfast team to the pool staff and housekeeping, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. As the days went by, team members knew us by name and remembered us, which made the experience feel much more personal and special.
A very special mention to Ricardo, one of the directors, whom we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. Thank you, Ricardo, for helping make our stay and my birthday celebration so memorable!
The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing beachfront location and a relaxed yet sophisticated Mediterranean atmosphere. We loved our room and especially the beautiful views of both the sea and Sitges.
The absolute highlight, however, was the food and beverage experience. The food was consistently excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and the service throughout the restaurants was outstanding. We travel frequently and have had the opportunity to stay at luxury properties from brands such as Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton, and I can genuinely say that the warmth, attention, and service we experienced from the team at ME Sitges Terramar had absolutely nothing to envy.
Most importantly, the hotel has something that cannot always be created through beautiful design alone: a team that makes you feel genuinely cared for.
Thank you to everyone who made these five days and my birthday celebration so special. Marcos and I left Sitges with wonderful memories, and we will absolutely be looking forward to returning.
