“We stayed in a room on The level with poolside access. The room itself was great but the pool set up is not adequate. There were just not enough sunbeds for those wanting them - the fight for beds starts at 1000 when the pool opens, with people queuing from 0930, and all beds taken within minutes. Having a poolside room does not provide any guarantee of having a sun bed as they are not provided nor allowed in the terrace area of the room. Providing sunbeds on the terrace for poolside rooms would make a huge difference. This doesn’t make for a relaxing stay and does not provide an exclusive feel, which is a real shame as everything else about the hotel has been brilliant.”

“El hotel está fenomenal y el servicio es muy bueno, teníamos habitación de categoría superior por lo que teníamos una sala exclusiva donde nos ponían el desayuno y donde desde las 12 hasta las 20:00 había opciones de comidas frías, bebidas ilimitadas, tanto alcohólicas como no. La habitación era muy amplia con dos habitaciones y dos baños, las camas son súper cómodas. Mi puntuación de 4 viene por un ruido tremendamente molesto que me despertó un día en la habitación y me hizo imposible el dormir, ese mismo ruido también estuvo por la tarde, creo que es un tema que deberían a solucionar, la gente quiere descansar en la habitación.
