Reviews of Gran Meliá Jakarta

First time stay. Went there for chrismast brunch with friends, and stayed only for the night. Foods was okay, service little bit slow, some have to repeat our order since its not arrive after 30mins. I think not all staffs understand english. But at the end staffs are helpfull for taking pictures without hesitation and still smilling. Worst experience was when all friends done chilling and drinking at the lounge bar at 8.30pm and we settled the bills think that christmas day went well. After 10pm when we ready to bed, they called us about made mistakes wrong input on our billing, agreed to settled it politely when checkin out but they start to pissed me off by asking if they can go to our room immediately at that late time without guilt. Sshh Wondering this 5stars hotel's staff havent got any trainings about forbidden time for calls nor knocking the door unless emergency???.

Hotel was good. Comfy room and very relaxing. I went to the Red Level Lounge, staff were very helpful and friendly especially Pak Dony. He treated us well. We enjoyed our stay there.
