La atención de Luis Pérez y de Enrique es espectacular. Súper atentos. Y realmente es muy destacable la barra de Rina con sus inolvidables Caipirinhas de Maracuyá Chinola.”

“Nous avons séjourné au Zel Punta Cana du 31 janvier au 7 février 2025. Nous avons vraiment eu un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, les gens super accueillants et avenants, les restos sont excellents. Seul bémol pour le buffet où les aliments étaient souvent tièdes/parfois froids mais c'était quand même très bon. La plage était très belle (le resto de la plage aussi excellent) et le chemin pour s'y rendre à pied, très joli. La végétation est luxuriante, c'est superbe. Nous avons aussi aimé la configuration des piscines, faites en long plutôt que rectangulaires par exemple, donc nous pouvions toujours nous trouver un endroit tranquille. Il y avait une variété de types de "chaises" près des piscines (genre de baldaquins avec rideaux, petites huttes avec matelas et toit en paille et chaises longues traditionnelles). We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff are super welcoming and friendly, and the restaurants are excellent. The only downside was the buffet, where the food was often lukewarm/sometimes cold, but it was still very good. The beach was beautiful (the beach restaurant was also excellent) and the walk to get there was very pretty. The vegetation is lush; it's superb. We also liked the layout of the pools, which are long rather than rectangular, so we could always find a quiet spot. There were a variety of types of "chairs" by the pools (canopies with curtains, small huts with mattresses and thatched roofs, and traditional lounge chairs). In short, it was a wonderful week and we would gladly return!”

“El hotel es espectacular, nuevo, el personal con excelente disposición y buen trato. Las habitaciones limpias, bellas y muy cómodas, la comida muy rica en cada uno de los restaurantes, los meseros con muy buena disposición para todo, pero sobre todo Juan la persona que nos atendió para nuestro checkin fué absolutamente increíble a pesar de que todos los hoteles estaban sobre vendidos, nosotros íbamos con nuestra bebé y nos solucionó nuestra estadía. Leti unas de las meseras se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos muchas cosas sobre el hotel porque no pudimos hacerlo antes por la hora en q llegamos. No hay área para niños pero para nosotros no fué necesario porque las instalaciones son realmente hermosas. Recomendado 100%. Restaurante Parda! El servicio excelente y con mucha variedad muy rico!”

“We loved the boutique feel of the new Zel renovation - real island/tropical feel rather than just the ultra modern look of other resorts we’ve visited here. Rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. The grounds are dense with beautiful palms and foliage. No competing for chairs/day beds which was a welcome surprise. Francisco and his team at the Parda buffet were A1 - he even remembered our family from our years visiting the Melia Level next door. Will definitely be back!!”
