“Vamos muchísimo a Madrid y hemos probado muchos hoteles en la ciudad, pero el Hotel Fénix Gran Meliá ha sido, por lejos, el mejor en el que nos hemos quedado. La relación precio-calidad es realmente excelente y la experiencia completa fue impecable. Los dormitorios son otro nivel: amplios, elegantes, silenciosos y con camas increíblemente cómodas. De verdad cuesta levantarse. El desayuno también merece una mención aparte: simplemente perfecto, de los mejores desayunos de hotel que hemos probado. Pero lo que realmente hace especial este hotel es la atención humana. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Antonio, Jean Paul y Santiago, quienes estuvieron constantemente atentos durante toda nuestra estadía. Siempre preocupados de que todo estuviera bien, ofreciendo flexibilidad para ayudarnos en todo, consiguiéndonos taxis y con una disposición increíble. Además de ser tremendamente profesionales, fueron muy cercanos y buena onda, algo que realmente marca la diferencia. También queremos agradecer especialmente a Gema, del área de conserjería/administración, quien nos ayudó a resolver un problema muy grande que tuvimos con Booking después de una cancelación sorpresa.
