“Первое впечатление было не супер. В номере запах сырости, белье не высыхает полностью, но когда есть с чем сравнить, понимаешь что это ерунда, плюсов гораздо больше и вообще не хотелось отсюда уезжать. Во первых это чистый пляж с прозрачной водой. Отливы временами конечно портили обстановку. Видимо чистят дно от водорослей, потому что здесь их очень мало, пляж чистый, волн практически нет. Хорошие завтраки, без изысков, но мне всегда хватало, жаль каши нет. На территории отеля, рядом с пляжем есть кафе по системе шведский стол, 556₽ на двоих, и ешь сколько влезет, напитки включены, выбор есть, а главное вкусно. Единственное место где я уходил сытым. До Бали Колекшн пешком 25 минут, можно на такси 70₽, но мы ходили пешком и один раз в дождь возвращались на такси. Отель находится в самом начале Нуса Дуа, рядом есть хороший супермаркет, если пройти дальше, встречаются кафе и рестораны на любой вкус и кошелек. Были в Варунге на пляже рядом с отелем, вкусно, как будто не дорого, но не наелся. Были и чуть дальше на пляже в ресторане, кушали филе Тунца на гриле, вкусно, но уже дороже и опять остался не сытым. Поэтому ресторан при отеле в обед самый раз! Ходить в жару далеко не надо. Ужин вот уже дороже сильно, поэтому не пробовал. Можно и прогуляться. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный и ненавязчивый.”

“We returned to this hotel after our first visit in 2014. While many things are still great, we noticed some areas where the hotel could improve to reach its full potential. The Good: The Pool & Facilities: Very clean pool and great new additions like the handrails and pond maintenance. Security & Service: A huge thank you to the security team for helping us cross the street safely. Special thanks to Bogus for being so understanding and professional, and to Monika and Aryaani at the lobby bar for their top-tier service! Snacks: The outside bar is excellent with free coconuts, waffles, and ice cream for all-inclusive guests. Points for Improvement: Food Quality: Unfortunately, the food (especially the meat) was cold almost every day, except for our last evening. We also had an incident where a main course was completely forgotten. Communication: Information about shows and entertainment is only at the pool. Tip: Put the daily schedule on the in-room TVs! Also, proactively offer the Gold upgrade at check-in instead of waiting for guests to ask. Sunbed Policy: It feels unfair that guests can reserve beds with towels before breakfast. Everyone pays for all-inclusive, so it should be first-come, first-served. The mattresses are also quite hard. Entertainment: The music was very repetitive. We missed the 2014 activities like diving lessons and water aerobics. Why not use the beautiful halls for a weekly dance evening? Conclusion: We would come back for the location, the clean pool, and the friendly security and pastry staff. However, stricter quality control on room cleaning and food temperature is needed.,”

“In Moment sehr zufrieden. 2 AllaKarte Restaurant 1 Büfett Restaurant Schwimmbad Bar Lobby Bar Essen und Getränke schmeckt sehr gut. Schöne Strand. Tag Tisch Tenis, Dart, Volleyball, Fahrrad gratis. Frisches Säfte und Coconus in Strand Bude inklusive. Abends Shows und Live Musik, Karaoke, Kino.”

Нам очень понравилось) Добротный отель, в котором приятно находиться и приятно платить за него) Сервис, номера, завтраки, выход к океану, расположение, атмосфера - всё на 10-ку) Дальше только снимать супер дорогие отели, если бюджет ограничен, это лучший вариант”

“Fantastic 2 week stay here with my husband for our 25th anniversary. The staff are just wonderful and designed menus specifically for my dietary needs (vegan). It is an older resort and there were days where it was a little difficult to get a spot by the pool or beach, but everything is really well maintained and clean.”

“Hotel ma dziurawy dach. Nie polecam pokoju na najwyższym piętrze. Obsługa na recepcji zabrała nam opaski all inclusive o 17 w dniu wyjazdu żebyśmy czasem czegoś nie zjedli do 19 czyli do wyjazdu na lotnisko. Żenada!!!”

“Wonderful staff, clean rooms ,fabulous location. We stayed here for 2 weeks ,our room was always clean ,everything worked, shower was amazing very powerful. The staff in the restaurant work their socks off to keep you fed and watered and they are so happy and polite,especially Annie and putra. The guys and girls at the bars are just as exceptional. The location of the hotel is spectacular, right on the beach, it has a small pool but adequate We tried the massage in the spa and my wife had her nails done at a very reasonable price, and again the quality was exceptional, We will DEFINITELY be visiting again we fell head over heals in love with the staff and the place”

“I recently stayed at Sol by Meliá Benoa Bali from February 11 to February 18, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in the beauty of Bali’s culture. The resort perfectly blends traditional Balinese art, architecture, and lush natural surroundings. The inclusion of nature throughout the property such as tropical gardens, serene pathways, and beachfront views which created such a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the Premium All-Inclusive package. It is absolutely worth it! The food options were incredible, diverse, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special experience, with plenty of variety to explore throughout the week. Whether it was local Balinese dishes or international cuisine, everything was fresh and delicious. The daily activities kept the stay engaging and fun. There was always something happening, allowing guests to experience local culture while also enjoying relaxing resort entertainment. It struck the perfect balance between activity and tranquility. The spa was another standout and truly amazing. The treatments were deeply relaxing, and the staff were professional and attentive. It was the perfect way to unwind and fully embrace vacation mode. I stayed in a Sol Room, which was lovely, comfortable, and regularly well-maintained. The room offered a cozy yet elegant space to relax after long days enjoying the beach and activities. Overall, my stay was exceptional. The combination of culture, art, nature, incredible food, thoughtful activities, and warm hospitality made this trip incredibly special. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, all-inclusive Balinese escape.”

“My recent stay at Sol Benoa Beach by Meliá was, unfortunately, quite average and not what I expected. When making the reservation, I clearly mentioned that we were celebrating my mother’s birthday. I booked and paid for a Family Suite for 8 people and informed the hotel that we would arrive at approximately 22:00. At check-in, we were asked who the birthday guest was. However, upon entering the room, we found a nice birthday decoration on the bed — but it was for the wrong person. Apart from that, there was no additional gesture, not even a small slice of cake. As a Gold member with Meliá Hotels International, I feel the recognition and value of loyalty benefits is becoming less relevant. There were also several operational issues. Although the suite was booked and paid for 8 guests, the room was initially set up with only two double beds and one bunk bed. We had to request two additional single beds, which were only delivered once all of us were already in the room late at night. The door did not close properly upon arrival, though this was fixed shortly after reporting it. The check-in interaction felt more focused on selling an expensive all-inclusive upgrade rather than understanding our needs or ensuring the room was properly prepared for our group. The property itself appears tired and outdated. There were visible water leaks in several places, with clear marks on the ceilings. The bathrooms were large, but there was no bathtub, and there was mold visible in the corners. Even the dining table in the suite was wobbly, adding to the overall feeling of poor maintenance. On a positive note, the staff were friendly throughout the stay, and breakfast offered a great variety of options, including a fresh egg station. Overall, while this is a decent hotel, it certainly does not feel like a 5-star property. Considering the price paid, I found it to be poor value for money, with many areas that require improvement.”
