My husband and I stayed at Summum hotel on our visit to Palma, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Lorena with a smile and a genuine sense of hospitality, that made us feel right at home. The property itself is a stunning piece of history. The architecture is beautifully preserved, showcasing intricate details that reflect its storied past (built circa 1870). The common areas are adorned with tasteful decor that offers a charming blend of historical nostalgia and modern comfort. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the inviting club lounge, where we could soak in the atmosphere of this magnificent building. Our room was equally impressive—spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with modern amenities, while retaining its historical detail and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, after a long day of exploring. The location of Summum Hotel is a major plus. Nestled on a quiet street, but still with the vibrant old town, it offers easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for any traveler. The staff at Summum Hotel truly go above and beyond. Every team member we encountered was friendly, and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The combination of exceptional hospitality, friendly staff, and a beautiful historic property creates an experience that we won't soon forget. In summary, our stay at Summum Hotel was nothing short of delightful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Hotel location is perfect. I’m typing this review because the staff were extremely incredible, sweet, kind and so helpful and supportive! Laura helped me A lot! She have done lots of other things that any receptionist wouldn’t do! for ex: i came back to the hotel late and asked to have a full bed instead of 2 separates and she didn’t hesitate for a minute to come her self and do it! Thanks a lot to the hotel staff that made this hotel experience 100x better
