We had an exceptional stay at the Summum Boutique Hotel Palma. The hotel is simply stunning, offering a refined and peaceful atmosphere. Our stay in the Parietti suite was incredible — spacious, stylish, tastefully decorated, and with every detail thoughtfully considered for our comfort. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, always attentive and ready to meet our needs. A special mention goes to Laura, who welcomed us warmly and provided excellent recommendations. Her professionalism, smile, and constant good mood truly made our stay memorable. The option to privatize the spa and the rooftop is a real plus, offering a truly exceptional and intimate experience. Exceptional! Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, very comfortable room with comfortable bed, lovely shower, spacious and good temperature control, safe, mini bar and TV. The hotel staff were all amazing from the moment we arrived - super friendly, smiley, helpful - and made us feel as if we were the only guests there even though the hotel was full.
