“무엇보다 모두가 친절합니다. 객실은 조금 노후된 느낌이 있지만 전체적으로 고즈넉하고 포근함을 주는 느낌이 있습니다. 신혼여행으로 왔는데 바쁜 도시에서 벗어나 테라스에 앉아서 밖을 바라보는 것만으로도 행복합니다:)”

“Ich habe für eine Woche Sportbootführerschein-Intensivkurs nach der passenden Unterkunft gesucht und das gleichzeitig historische und doch moderne Melia Hotel Gran Victoria in Palma hat all meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Mitarbeiter*innen dort leben den Servicegedanken, gehen in jedem Moment die Extrameile den Urlaub zu purem Genuss zu machen und das Frühstück samt der nostalgischen Terrasse sind paradiesisch. Mein Red Level Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht, war schick und modern eingerichtet und der Zugang zur Lounge hat mir tagsüber Zugang zu Snacks und Getränken und abends zu Tapas und Open Bar spendiert. Ein großes Dankeschön an die fleißigen und herzlichen Mitarbeiter*innen dort: absolute Empfehlung!”

“The hotel is great, the staff loved to work there, very cheerful and very helpful, Nicole from reception welcomed us with a perfect start, Vanessa hosted us with a smile every morning with a delicious breakfast, the terrace and the bar are amazing at night, the pool was up to expectations.. I would recommend staying at Victoria Gran Melia.”

The rooms are restful; bed is comfortable, room is well lit and nicely appointed. The Level Lounge is great. Very nice selection of foods at the restaurant.”
