“We had an absolutely amazing time at Zel Punta Cana!!! The staff, the resort, the food, everything is outstanding! Everyone working there is so friendly, kind, welcoming and really made our stay incredible. The resort is so beautiful with so many areas to relax, activities to enjoy and lovely cabana beds to sunbathe and relax. Yunior, Jasmere, Andreas and everyone else working there really give their best to the resort guests!! There are no lifts so if your room is on 1st or 2nd floor, you will need to use the stairs. We were there with our toddler and carrying the pushchair up and down was challenging in the beginning but we really loved our apartment and decided to stay there rather than relocate to a ground floor level suite. The apartment felt very private, quiet, with a gorgeous view of the palm trees and a lake. The resort of just 15 minutes walking distance (or 5 min with a buggy) from the beach through a beautiful scenery of palm trees and villas. The food at the buffet restaurant was lovely!! The fruits - OMG, so tasty and fresh! The only thing we noticed is that the other two a-la-carte restaurants took a lot of time to serve the food after ordering. So if you are booking those, allow at least an hour or two before you start eating your main course. They may improve the service in future but this is just something to keep in mind! There are also art classes, different activities every day which was a nice thing to have in such beautiful resort. We also booked a couple of excursions through the team at Zel - Miguel really helped us choosing the right ones suitable for us with a 20-months old toddler and he gave us good prices. Be careful if you decide to buy excursions from people selling at the beach as some people have been scammed. Highly highly recommend Zel Punta Cana and we cannot wait to go again in the near future!”

“We loved our stay at Zel. The place was very clean and all the staff were so very friendly. Especially Warner, Gabriel, Louis were super helpful and very friendly. The security at the beach was also amazing, Julio was great always made sure we were kept safe. Bartenders at the beach made the experience 10/10. Would definitely come back, the resort is beautiful kept so clean and there were no downsides at all. Lots of excursions around and things to do. I found the golf cart ride to the beach amazing, it was around 3 minutes and the views and breeze was very nice!”
