“This was our second stay at Paradisus Grand Cana, and it certainly won't be our last. We came back because of the extraordinary service, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment you arrive, the property takes your breath away. The entrance, the lobby, the lush gardens and the common areas are all beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, elegant and simply spectacular. Every restaurant offered wonderful variety, and each dish was prepared with real skill and care. But what truly sets this resort apart is its people. A few of them deserve special recognition. Marilin (Breakfast and Lunch Buffet) Marilin is the heart of this place. Every single day she welcomed us with genuine warmth, grace and affection, eager to please and attentive to every detail, to the point that we felt truly pampered. I watched her closely, and she treats every guest the same way, whether or not they leave a tip. Her kindness is not a transaction; it is who she is. When I casually mentioned that it was my husband's birthday, joking that he was turning a year older, I never expected what came next. At lunch, the entire staff arrived at our table with a cake and a candle, singing to him. He was the one celebrating, yet I was the one left speechless. Day after day, her welcome never changed. Walking into that restaurant felt like arriving somewhere filled with love. In this industry, people like Marilin are rare. She deserves to be honored, recognized and promoted, and her example should be followed by everyone around her. The day she is no longer there, this place will not be the same. Jonkerly (Pool Bar) Young, yet remarkably polished. His service was flawless: elegant in his bearing, attentive, and respectful in every interaction. A true professional with a bright future ahead. Niclaudia (Guest Relations) I cannot close this review without thanking Niclaudia, who welcomed us and looked after us throughout our stay. She checked in with us every day, anticipated our needs and took care of every detail with complete dedication. Her work was thorough and impeccable, and it deserves to be highlighted. These are the people who turn a beautiful vacation into an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire Paradisus Grand Cana team. We will be back!”

“Estamos muy contentos con los servicios del hotel, todos nos trataron con mucha amabilidad pero sobretodo en el restaurante buffet el camarero Beiker qué fue muy amable con nosotros, siempre con una sonrisa y siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y gustos además la, señorita Elizabeth y la, supervisora Rosmerick de verdad hicieron de nuestras vacaciones una gran experiencia. La clase de arte el instructor Jimmy fue muy buena.”
