I had a great experience with Rosanna Hernandez, Yanira and Hilda at the lunchbox restaurant. They were very attentive and helpful during our stay. I would recommend coming to them.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Paradisus Palma Real. The resort is stunning and well looked after. We stayed in the Reserve and had a great experience and were well looked after by Zenovia. The breakfast at Sante was excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient. We ate at all the restaurants and generally the food quality and service was excellent. We had a few issues including our room not being cleaned one day which was eventually sorted and an issue with vouchers we were provided with as we were unaware we had to present them at the restaurant, not on check out and they refused to honour the voucher. All in all I would recommend staying at this hotel.
