“Love the Paradisus!!!! Our concierge Cristian is awesome. We’re super low so we don’t try to request too much, but he’s always there when we need him. He helps with reservations and excursions that are off the resort. Plus the staff is the best. Rosanna - LOVE her and then Junior, our server, and Raider, the manager, at the steakhouse were the best; so attentive and so friendly! We’ll be coming back on Friday for our last dinner before we leave and specifically asking for Junior! Thank you for making our dinner so perfect! Honestly everyone was just so wonderful. 😘🩵”

“Ontem 13/7/2026, foi nosso último dia de hospedagem no Paradisus Palma Real.
Minha avaliação sincera:
Quarto - maravilhoso, 10/10. Pegamos um quarto com saída exclusiva para piscina. Além de lindo e confortável, era espaçoso, limpo. Zero reclamações.
Atendimento de bares, restaurantes 2/10. Dou a nota dois, pois esse foi o número de atendentes que me trataram com o respeito que eu e minha família merecíamos. Os demais atendentes do hotel, com o verdadeiro respeito, extremamente sem educação, parecia que nos estavam fazendo um favor ao nos servir. A ponto de virarem os olhos, de nitidamente estarem sem paciência para nos atender. Nos bares principalmente. Inclusive, no bar da piscina principal, o atendente, ao que tudo indicava, não gostava de brasileiros, a ponto de uma pessoa de nosso grupo tê-lo agradecido em português pela entrega de um drink e ele ter respondido "aqui o seu obrigada não vale de nada, é gracias". Na sequência, perguntamos se tinha energético light e a resposta foi "se tivesse todos os brasileiros já teriam consumido". Não somos pessoas "frágeis" e que se desapontam com qualquer coisa, contudo, existem certas atitudes que passam do aceitável, ainda mais quando se desembolsa altas quantias em dinheiro por uma estadia que, no mínimo, deveria ser perfeita.
Por fim, uma determinada senhora de nome Phara, embora estivesse executando o seu trabalho, por inúmeros momentos nos aborreceu e incomodou com a sua insistência para que fossemos em um almoço "de graça", o qual seria servido lagosta e brindes, para que aderíssemos a algum pacote de membros Circle. Não somos viajantes de primeira viagem, logo, não caímos nesses papos e logo na primeira abordagem já lhe informamos que não tínhamos interesse em almoços, brindes ou seja lá o que fosse. Acontece que inúmeras mensagens de áudio foram enviadas por ela, fomos por duas vezes abordados durante caminhadas pelo hotel com mais insistência para que fossemos em restaurante com hora marcada. Ela nos emparedava basicamente perguntando se não gostamos de brindes, massagens, que tudo isso seria disponibilizado.... enfim, tivemos que infelizmente dar um corte definitivo para ter paz. Situação muito inconveniente, principalmente para quem quer férias e não ter compromissos de horário, burocracias etc.
Logo, por essas e outras, eu não sei se tal ponto seria decisivo para eu não voltar e não indicar o Paradisus Palma Real, considerando que quando você está em determinado ambiente, por mais que ele seja lindo e confortável, a falta de respeito acaba criando um ambiente tóxico, que faz qualquer um se sentir desconfortável.
Apenas para que não passe em branco, sobre a qualidade da comida, posso dizer que não nos decepcionamos.”

“Recently stayed at Paradisus Palma Real with my husband and 4 month old son. We enjoyed ourselves! The resort is beautiful and clean. Very aesthetically pleasing. We especially liked the large lobby area. There were many places to sit and enjoy a drink from Ginger bar. It was a great place to have my baby play without being in direct sunlight. This is a very relaxed hotel with a chill/calm vibes. There were activities going on throughout the day - for adults and kids. There was nightly entertainment in the main common space which was nice. If you are looking for extravagant loud entertainment then this resort isn’t for you - as mentioned it’s very calm. Just what we were looking for - entertaining but also relaxing especially with a baby. Nice beach with plenty of chairs. There was a bit of seaweed on the beach due to the season I presume. We found the food to be good. The buffet had many options - mix of things including seafood, vegetarian options and Dominican flavors. We also enjoyed the restaurants. You do have to make reservations in advance and I suggest you do that as soon as you can for the time you are there otherwise it gets booked up. A few of them are adults only which was unfortunate since we had our baby with us. There is a sports bar as well - enjoyed watching bits of FIFA games there. We did not have any issues with food service. We felt we were well attended too. Special mention to Maria in the buffet who always went the extra mile for us during breakfast. There was also a coffee bar/ice cream bar. The resort is quite large. You also have access to the amenities at the other Meliá properties in the compound. There was quite a bit of renovations happening while we were there. Personally, we did not find it disruptive. The room was spacious. Our room was a bit on the older side/some signs of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable but older as well. For a 5 star resort I expected a little more of a luxury feel. The shower was great with two rain shower heads and good water pressure. AC was decently cold. I’m not sure if the other areas/more recently renovated areas are more uptodate. Service was sometimes slow for things like housekeeping. In general, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely consider returning in the future!”

“Incredible hotel, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, Especially Jose. He danced with us during the evening shows, was super sweet with my grandmother and mother. He definitely made our stay very special and entertaining. The Olio restaurant had some of the best Duck Confit I’ve ever eaten, melted in my mouth! Cannot reccomend this place enough, the stay here was as deeply relaxing as it was entertaining and fun! Rooms were cleaned daily, left absolutely spotless! Beautiful hotel, beautiful beaches, and beautiful staff that accommodated endlessly. 200/10 stay!”
