El personal es uno de los grandes motivos por los que siempre volvemos. Son increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre hacen que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos desde el primer momento.
La zona de piscinas está muy bien diseñada para familias. La piscina infantil y de bebés es perfecta para los más pequeños, y la zona de juegos con tobogán es ideal para divertirse. Además, siempre hay suficientes tumbonas disponibles, lo que hace que todo sea muy relajado.
La playa y la bahía son simplemente espectaculares. Los niños disfrutan construyendo castillos de arena mientras nosotros los observamos tranquilamente al atardecer con un Strawberry Mojito del hotel en la mano: un momento inolvidable.
El equipo de animación es fantástico. Siempre crean un ambiente alegre y cercano, especialmente durante el Aqua Gym, que es muy divertido y lleno de energía.

After our fifth stay at this wonderful hotel, we can say it already feels like our second home. From the moment we arrive, unpack, and relax, everything is easy and incredibly welcoming.
The food is exceptional, varied, and of the highest quality. Even the main restaurant offers a level usually only found in five-star à la carte restaurants. Every night there are new specialties and culinary highlights. The themed restaurants are also fantastic, and the pizza deserves a special mention: for us, the best pizza outside of Italy!
The staff is one of the main reasons we always return. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always make guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
The pool area is very well designed for families. The children's and baby pools are perfect for the little ones, and the play area with a slide is ideal for having fun. There are always plenty of sun loungers available, making everything very relaxing.
The beach and bay are simply spectacular. The children loved building sandcastles while we watched them peacefully at sunset, a Strawberry Mojito from the hotel in hand: an unforgettable moment.
The entertainment team is fantastic. They always create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, especially during Aqua Gym, which is so much fun and full of energy.
