“Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are a bit small for luggage - anything bigger than a carry on won’t fit in their basic rooms. The balcony is nice, especially for room service, but if you have luggage I would recommend an upgrade in the room size. Not suitable for young children - the vibe is very young adult. There are candles all along the aisle ways that could be dangerous for children who run. Great location - just south of kings cross and convent garden. Smack in the middle of east and west London. “Stayed here as the final stop on our Honeymoon, and I was very impressed by ME London! What inclines me to write a review always comes back to upstanding customer service in an era where that can sometimes be hard to come by. From the beginning, the staff took extra care to ensure we felt welcome, appreciated, and celebrated. We were given a room upgrade with an excellent dessert and complimentary champagne in our room. A staff member gave us a personal tour of the hotel and facilities, and gave us complimentary drink vouchers at both their rooftop bar and STK Steakhouse next to the hotel. We also got a late 1pm checkout which was most appreciated given that day we had a long flight home to Seattle later in the day.
