Visiting the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda is one of the first things you have to do as soon as your arrive in Yangon. In the old English colonial quarter, the City Hall building and Post Office still retain their architectural beauty. Visiting the wonderfully chaotic Bogyoke Market, the oldest market in the city, and savouring the magnificent street food is another experience not to be missed in Yangon.
