Meliá Pattaya Hotel

Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel has a modern design with a light Mediterranean touch, giving it a relaxed yet stylish feel. The location is convenient, right in Pattaya and easy to get around. The lobby is spacious and well-designed, with warm tones and plenty of nice corners that make the place feel welcoming. The swimming pool is one of the highlights. The curved design looks great, and the surrounding greenery adds to the relaxing atmosphere. There’s also a pool bar nearby, along with a kids’ area and Kids Club, so it works well for both couples and families. The Deluxe Room with sea view feels cozy and well put together, with soft earth tones and good natural light. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well equipped. In the evening, the rooftop is a nice spot to unwind and enjoy the sea view. For dinner, Yi Tong is worth trying. The view is especially nice around sunset. The food is well-balanced and not too heavy. One of the staff, Khun Mink, was very helpful—she explained the menu clearly and made the overall dining experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast at Sanehh Sarae offers a good mix of Thai and international options, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. There’s also YHI Spa for anyone looking to relax further, with a quiet and calming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a well-balanced hotel with nice design, comfortable rooms, and good facilities—ideal for a relaxing stay where you can easily spend most of your time at the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Melia Pattaya Hotel. This is without a doubt the best hotel we have experienced in Thailand so far. The service is simply outstanding. From the very first moment, we felt that the staff truly cared about us in a genuine and personal way, not just as part of their job. Every single team member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The facilities are brand new, modern, and beautifully maintained. Everything feels fresh and high quality. A very special thank you to Chelsea at the reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Also, Kate and Ma from the kids club were amazing. They took such great care of our children and made the experience so enjoyable for them. We would also like to give a big thank you to Lin, who took such great care of us. At one point, when he saw us heading out for a walk during the midday heat, he thoughtfully brought us an umbrella to protect us from the sun. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that really shows how attentive and caring the staff are. Even in the dining room, the level of care was exceptional. The chef personally made sure that our little son had suitable food to eat, which meant a lot to us as parents. It really showed how much attention they give to every guest. We also celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us in the most beautiful way. They decorated our room and even prepared a cake for us. This was such a thoughtful gesture and truly not something we take for granted. Overall, the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail were simply perfect. You can really feel that the staff genuinely care about their guests and want them to have the best possible experience. Highly, highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

The breakfasts at the Meil Hotel have been amazing—the food, the staff, and the service are all exceptional. The chefs are wonderful and always do their best to accommodate you, making you feel truly welcome. Marc is wonderful at his job, makes you feel very welcome, and consistently delivers the best service. The presentation is also aesthetically pleasing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
