The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Milan, with the Duomo just behind the property. You can even see its breathtaking architecture as you approach the hotel. The staff immediately welcomed us with warm smiles and took care of all our luggage. Every team member was polished, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We were escorted to the fifth-floor check-in area, seated comfortably, and offered sparkling water while everything was explained to us in detail. The entire process felt personal, luxurious, and effortless. Our room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, elegant, and incredibly pleasing to the eye. Housekeeping also did an exceptional job; we returned to find our room impeccably clean, organized, and thoughtfully refreshed. The spa was one of my favorite parts of our stay. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect escape after exploring Milan. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the dinner options were equally delicious. The hospitality here is truly impeccable. The room was absolutely beautiful — elegant, extremely comfortable and finished to an incredibly high standard. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the location could hardly be better. But what really sets this hotel apart is the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful.
