“Al entrar al hotel me recibió Borja ( el botones ) del que destaco su sonrisa y amabilidad. Luego al llegar a recepción, la recepcionista me atendió de manera cálida y resolvió mis dudas de inmediato. Llegue sobre las 14 de la tarde y fuimos a almorzar al restaurante a la carta Kanna, la materia prima es de muy buena calidad y tiene variedad suficiente donde elegir, el personal es increíble , destacar a Yaiza que siempre tenía una presencia impecable y a Carlos por su saber hacer y su gran sonrisa. Luego subimos a la habitación y quedé sin palabras al ver la autenticidad y calidad de los materiales, al asomarme al balcón quedé sin palabras al ver la playa barca y sus marismas desde ese ángulo.
La piscina es espectacular y está climatizada con gran amplitud que nos dio una sensación de calma y paz que era exactamente lo que necesitábamos.Por la noche fuimos a cenar al otro restaurante italiano mascalzone, en el que nos encantó la pizza pistacho y la Paradisus, el filete de Angus, aquí quiero mencionar a Miguel, a Juanma , a Youseff y a José que nos aconsejaron y mimaron como si estuviéramos en casa. Tuve la gran oportunidad de hacer tres talleres, el de aloe vera muy interesante, el de coctelería súper práctico y el más top sin duda fue el de mosaico impartido por una artesana local. Las bebidas de mejor calidad las tomamos en el bar ginger. El gimnasio es pequeño pero está muy completo. El hotel tiene actividades para adultos y Jorge de animación es un crack, súper atento y servicial y por último mencionar a Petra del spa por el gran masaje que me hizo con aloe vera . Mi familia y yo hemos quedado sorprendidos con la calidad humana y hemos vuelto a Tenerife con muy buen sabor de boca y con ganas de volver.

Then, at reception, the receptionist welcomed me warmly and answered all my questions immediately. I arrived around 2 pm and we went for lunch at the Kanna à la carte restaurant. The ingredients are of very high quality and there's a wide variety to choose from. The staff is incredible; I especially want to mention Yaiza, who always had an impeccable presence, and Carlos for his expertise and his great smile. Afterwards, we went up to our room, and I was speechless at the authenticity and quality of the materials. Looking out onto the balcony, I was awestruck by the view of Barca beach and its marshes from that vantage point.
The pool is spectacular and heated, with ample space that gave us a sense of calm and peace, which was exactly what we needed. In the evening, we went to dinner at the other Italian restaurant, Mascalzone, where we loved the pistachio pizza and the Paradisus, the Angus steak. Here I want to mention Miguel, Juanma, Youseff, and José, who advised us and pampered us as if we were at home. I had the great opportunity to participate in three workshops: the aloe vera workshop was very interesting, the cocktail workshop was super practical, and the best, without a doubt, was the mosaic workshop taught by a local artisan. We had the best drinks at the Ginger Bar. The gym is small but very well-equipped. The hotel has activities for adults, and Jorge from the entertainment team is fantastic—super attentive and helpful. Finally, I must mention Petra from the spa for the wonderful aloe vera massage she gave me. My family and I were amazed by the warmth and hospitality, and we returned to Tenerife with a very positive impression and eager to come back.”

“Wir sind den 3. Tag hier und sind fassungslos, wie toll das Hotel ist. Das Essen mit einer Vielzahl an Auswahl, separatem Italiener und einem Fischrestaurant sind bei all in zu genießen. An jeder Bar gibt es viele verschiedene Getränke. Jeden Abend Bespaßung durch Bands oder Vorführungen.
Das Personal ist so super nett, ob Rezeption, Service-, Putzkräfte.
Modern ausgestattet, ob Zimmer oder Sitzgelegenheiten, Anlage insgesamt so gut gepflegt und die Aussicht wirklich überragend.
Als Ergänzung: Ein Auto leihen um die Gegend abfahren zu können, da drumherum nichts ist.
Ansonsten einfach genießen!!
Absolute Empfehlung, sind glücklich auf dieses Hotel gestoßen zu sein.”
