Hermoso hotel, muy moderno. Está un poco alejado, por lo que caminar, sobre todo de noche no sería lo más recomendable. Pero en cuanto al resto, un 10. Ambas piletas hermosas. Tiene gimnasio, sauna y seguro muchas cosas más que no llegué a conocer. También se sentía muy tranquilo, por dentro y por fuera, sin ruidos molestos.

Very good location, excellent facility and terrible organisation in the hotel. Hotel is overbooked now and a lot of things do not working as it should in this level. No matter the staff is good and very kind they could not fill the huge organisational gap. - Breakfast is a disaster. If one person (from 500) what to bake his bread all the other have to wait. Just because the back automats are not separated from the bread chain. - 5 Caffe automats, 1 is always off for 500 guests. No other caffe or yea opportunities, the guests have to wait 10-15 minutes for 1 caffe or tea. 2 stations with hot water could make things a lot better. I’ve already saw conflicts between guests… There are also problems at dinners time- not enough food, the replacement comes too slowly- 10-15 minutes waiting infront empty plates for 4 stars hotel is too much. Once again- the staff is giving their best but they are not enough and overchallenged. Two lifts are not enough for fully booked hotel. Since yesterday one is not in use, was actually expected. We are already 6 days hier. We had till yesterday only one chair in room, yesterday the second one “came back” 😂 The door locks System does not work properly, the one have to try in average 3-4 time to go in. All good things are about facility: Excellent location Very functional building Enough space - in or out the room Pools and view Beach in front All the problems are organisational and could been solve quickly.
