We just had an amazing week at this resort! For starters, I have never been to resort this clean and well kept and the first impression of the resort was how beautiful it is. The rooms were typical for a resort but super comfortable. The food here is amazing. We were never hungry and everything was super delicious. The staff in the hotel were incredible. The Bar Elyxr has some of the best vacation drinks. And the service from Roselia, Tony, Adolfo and Wandel was exceptional, always greeted us with a huge smile and enthusiasm. We upgraded to the level experience and we weren't disappointed. Ceasor and Irving served us breakfast at the exclusive level restaurant every which was a great start to the day. The beach service in the level was where we spent most of the day. The level rooftop bar set the perfect backdrop for nightly drinks and Alejandro was the perfect host. The biggest perks of the level service were the half hour massage and your own personal conceirge. Our conceirge Wellington went over and above to ensure we had the best experience at the resort. The only issue we had with the resort was finding chairs by the pool. You have to get up super early to get a spot. The beach is a much better option. Highly recommend a visit to this little piece of Dominican heaven!

Fui a kanna beach club y recibí una increíble atención por parte de Alfredo y Carlos, atentos en todo momento y súper amables! La comida fue deliciosa, Sin duda alguna regresaré pronto :) Increíble staff

Albergo posizionato in uno dei quartieri residenziali più belli di Barcellona. Struttura bella anche se le camere denotano il passaggio del tempo in alcuni dettagli. Servizio e servizi di ottimo livello come tutti i Melia. Consigliato per visitare Barcellona al di fuori delle aeree più turistiche.
