Good location on the river bank and state of art design in the lobby! A strange organisation in the hotel: reception is at level minus 1 (-1), acces to rooftop is at 0, so a bit misleading for guests. There was a problem with elevator F and teleservice is available only in German, so be careful not get stuck between sky and ground, because only German will safe you. Rooms are modern, excellent view to the river (if you are on the right side), but also sound problems in a room on the 6th floor as I was able to hear outside traffic. Notified to reception, no reaction, though. Brave solution to have transparent wall between shower and the room, you can enjoy both sides. Coffee machine and tea pot available in the room, as well as small fridge and minibar. The outside wall is fully open to exterior (small opening window also available). Small fitness room available on 14th floor, pitty there is no sauna and spa.

l’hôtel est magnifique, très très bien entretenu, la déco est sublime, les buffets et les plats à la carte sont délicieux. La plage est propre et les serviettes à disposition sentent merveilleusement bons. Il est très bien situé et à côté il y a des superettes. Nous avons passé 11 jours en all inclusive Le personnel est merveilleux, très attentionné, souriant, à l’écoute et parle très bien anglais. Les activités sont sympathiques. Nous avons passé de sublimes vacances à Bali
