“En este fin de semana, hemos salido con gran satisfacción a todo los niveles pero principalmente, la atención personal ha sido exquisita. Guardamos un grato recuerdo de todo el personal, en especial de los mayordomos: Leonardo y Rubén; de la recepción: Felipe y Mario; del equipo de restauración: Jorge Peñate, Luis González y Jorge. Todos ellos nos atendieron desde el primer momento, con una sonrisa y dedicación. Como si estuviéramos en casa. No podemos dejar de mencionar, la calidad y la elaboración de la comida que disfrutamos en el Restaurante Dos Naifes. Finalmente, el servicio de habitaciones fue muy profesional. 100% recomendable venir a este hotel! “This is our second time returning to Gran Melia resort and we are already planning our next holiday. From the moment you arrive at Gran Melia the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you with any queries or concerns you might have. The level of care and hospitality at this resort is the best we have ever experienced. The hotel has something for everyone, endless entertainment for children, adults only sections for quiet and moments away from chaos as well as restaurants with exceptional food.
