“I would not rate this a 5 star hotel. Had to ask to have room cleaned. The Level lounge not value for money nothing much to eat and only Nespresso coffee machine. Sorry I should have made it clear that the Level lounge during the day does have a selection of fruit juice, soft drinks, wine and in evening various spirits. I would however have expected to have a fresh coffee machine. Sorry for any confusion. The staff in the lounge and in the hotel were friendly”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay at Meliá Barcelona Sky—truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the team: every single person we interacted with was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. The level of service was outstanding—personal, thoughtful, and always one step ahead without ever feeling intrusive. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool area that became one of our favorite spots to relax. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the details, and those small touches made a big difference and elevated the whole experience. What really made this stay special is how comfortable and welcomed we felt—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We left already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!”

“Experiência excelente, funcionários maravilhosos. A equipe do café da manhã, a do Lounge, da recepção e o gerente Javier são atenciosos, gentis e sensacionais. Eu e meu marido ficamos muito satisfeitos. A comida é boa, o atendimento é espetacular e só temos elogios durante 11 dias que ficamos hospedados no The Level. Parabéns a todos, somos muito gratos por tudo!”

“Я выбрала этот отель, чтобы отметить свой день рождения, но, к сожалению, осталась разочарована.По приезду мне предложили «повышение категории номера» как будто это подарок, но на самом деле это было просто платное предложение, причём дороже, чем цена на сайте накануне. Это выглядело очень не приятно. Спа формально включён, но записаться сложно: время ограничено примерно 30 минутами и сложно иметь запись день в день. Для отеля такого уровня это неожиданно. Завтрак тоже разочаровал , выбор и пополнение были очень слабые для 5звезд,тем более в Испании. Сам отель неплохой, но он точно не стоит этих денег. Не рекомендую его для любых знаковых событий. К сожалению, вместо приятных эмоций в свой день рождения я получила разочарование. Я не могу его рекомендовать.”

“As I'm writing this, I'm sitting with a glass of Champagne, enjoying whats left of my birthday, and the spectacular city view at The Level. I had the most amazing four night stay. While we booked a basic room package, we were offered an upgrade, and i do not regret taking the offer. From the time we entered, every moment was just amazing. I would recommend this place over and over again. I especially want to say a massive thank you to Laressa and Antonio at the Level, you both are amazing and kind and prompt and extremely helpful with everything! No doubt the rest of the staff especially the ladies at the spa are just as wonderful. Thank you for making my 37th birthday a beautiful one. A beautiful memory i'll always cherish.”
