“مميزات الفندق: - موقعه ممتاز جدا وآمن ما واجهنا مشاكل ولله الحمد. - دورات المياه اعزكم الله يوجد فيها (رشاش). - الغرف نظيفة و مناسبة للمجموعات شخصين و أكثر اذا كان نوعها ديلوكس. - الفطور ممتاز جدا وكان تجربة مريحة لنا ويستحق الدفع له من ضمن الاقامة خصوصا اذا فيه طفل، لانهم يسمحون بالاخذ منه للغرفه لو تبون زياده او تبون تاكلون بعدين. - الموظفين بشوشين والغرف يتم تنظيفها بشكل جيد. عيوب الفندق: - وقت الدخول ال check in يطولون فيه ويكون فيه نوع من الاستغلال يغرونكم ب ابقريد للغرف او خدمات اخرى حتى تدفعون اكثر. - الكونسيرچ مستحيل يعطي وجه وبطيء في حال تبون تستفسرون عن اماكن او تحتاجون مساعدة بالمواصلات. - بوقتنا كان فيه حفلتين موجودة بالمنطقة الخارجية للفندق والصوت كان عالي جدا الى نص الليل وطبعا ما تقدر تشتكي. بشكل عام الفندق اقيمه ٩/١٠ وارجع اسكن فيه بسبب موقعه لكن لازم تكونون عارفين للموظفين اللي يحاولون يزيدون عليكم بالاسعار وقت الدخول حتى ما يتم استغلالكم.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the ME Barcelona in downtown Barcelona. The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and perfectly located near so many amenities, restaurants, and places to explore throughout the city. What truly made the experience exceptional was the customer service. Brenda, my hostess, was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful during my stay. I was under the impression that breakfast was included with my reservation, and when she noticed the issue, she immediately worked to rectify it without hesitation. That level of attentiveness and hospitality really stood out to me. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and already know I’ll be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and looking for excellent service, comfort, and a great location.”
