From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the amazing staff. A very special thank you to Nicola and Yolanda, who were exceptionally supportive, incredibly friendly, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and, most importantly, made us feel right at home! ❤️ Their kindness and hospitality made such a difference to our stay. The location was absolutely fantastic! We could walk to all our destinations, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally, exceptionally clean, and we were delighted with the thoughtful welcome amenities. Everything we needed was available, with so many lovely little touches that made the room feel like a home away from home. Honestly, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. It is not just a place to stay; it is a place where you feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. I will definitely be coming back with my family, and I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all my friends! “The hotel is new and very well appointed, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable especially Irene in the oasis bar, she was so helpful to my family and even gave us a wonderful Malaga wine tasting experience , a really impressive and interesting woman who is a credit to Meliá hotels.”
