“Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá was a great stay. The location is excellent, right by the pier and port, which made it convenient and scenic. As an Amex Platinum guest, we received an upgrade that included a balcony, which was a nice touch and made the stay feel even more special. The hotel also offers a complimentary Audi SUV for guests to use, which is a fantastic perk, although unfortunately it was already booked during our stay. The service was also excellent. Pedro, who works the morning to afternoon shift, was especially helpful and always available whenever we had questions or needed guidance. His hospitality really added to the experience. Overall, great location, strong service, nice amenities, and a very enjoyable stay.”

“Destaco especialmente el trato de todo el personal del hotel, la amabilidad, el recibimiento agradable cada día, la atención al detalle en los gustos y maneras de cada cliente desde el minuto 1. El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones, exquisito! Con un trato cercano y detalles que denotan el buen hacer y cariño al realizar su trabajo. Es raro encontrar en los servicios de hostelería un trato como este. Un 10 de personal!”

“Una estancia de una noche que se nos hizo corta… ya queremos volver. Desayuno buffet espectacular en la terraza, con unas vistas increíbles al puerto y a la catedral de Palma. También agradecer la habitación asignada y el trato de todo el equipo, especialmente a Pedro y Amaia en el check-in, Pilar en el check-out, Ronald, Ana Juan, y Fernando y Pedro de botones. Un auténtico 5 estrellas.”

“He pasado unos días en el Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá. Las habitaciones son funcionales y las camas realmente cómodas. Las vistas panorámicas desde la habitación son increíbles. El personal es súper atento y amable, mención especial para Tania en el restaurante y Ernesto en bar. Hotel 100% recomendable.”
