“Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá was a great stay. The location is excellent, right by the pier and port, which made it convenient and scenic.
As an Amex Platinum guest, we received an upgrade that included a balcony, which was a nice touch and made the stay feel even more special. The hotel also offers a complimentary Audi SUV for guests to use, which is a fantastic perk, although unfortunately it was already booked during our stay.
The service was also excellent. Pedro, who works the morning to afternoon shift, was especially helpful and always available whenever we had questions or needed guidance. His hospitality really added to the experience.
Overall, great location, strong service, nice amenities, and a very enjoyable stay.”
