“El lugar es muy bonito el pueblo es encantador ,la parte del buffet tiene casi de todo ests muy bien(desayuno) Solo que las habitaciones está un poco sucias y para nuestra mala suerte tuvimos problemas con el baño”

“We've been staying in the apartments and, overall, it's been a pleasant stay. The apartment is a decent size, the grounds are well kept, and the venue itself is lovely with great views. The biggest disappointment has been the noticeable difference between the experience for apartment guests and hotel guests, particularly when it comes to the quality of the food and the service. It does feel like apartment guests are treated differently, which is a shame because it's all part of the same resort. A special mention has to go to Nerea on reception, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, professional and always happy to help. The bar staff have also been excellent and deserve credit. One really strange issue is the World Cup. For a hotel chain as large as Meliá, it's surprising that nobody seems able to sort out the TV volume. Matches are being shown with no sound, which completely takes away the atmosphere. Hopefully it's something that can be fixed for tonight's football and the rest of the tournament. One useful tip for anyone staying in the apartments is that there's a private gate by the pool leading towards the beach. We only discovered it ourselves, and nobody mentioned it when we checked in. It cuts the walking time to the beach by around half, so it's well worth knowing about. Despite those points, we've enjoyed our stay and, with a few improvements, particularly around consistency of service, communication and creating a better atmosphere for major sporting events, this could be an excellent place to stay.”

“Acabo de regresar de una estancia de siete días y tengo que decir que todo ha estado fenomenal. Apartamentos amplios, luminosos y con todo lo necesario. La limpieza diaria. Piscina amplia y hamacas suficientes. Buffet variado y de calidad. Animación nocturna. Todo sobresaliente, pero, al personal no le puedo poner sobresaliente porque sería injusto, la atención, la sonrisa, el trato... de todas y cada una de las personas que trabajan en el hotel, se merecen la MATRÍCULA DE HONOR. Recomendable 100 por 100”

“Beautiful hotel. Best pool and area ever been to. Staff were excellent. Every one of them. Friendly and helpful. Very professional. Hotel Right next to the lovely beach. Amazing at sunset too. Self catering not great in my view. Maybe a few necessities could be available for late arrivals. Only a few restaurants on the promenade but great food. Maybe 1 bar? A beautiful promenade but very sparse and quiet. Get a short bus ride to Los Llanos or tazacorte. Santa cruz is amazing too. You wont be disappointed. Plenty of bus trips to be had. As I say, quiet but beautiful and amazing views. The island is like jurassic Park. Stunning.”
