“Estuvimos en el restaurante neguri , el servicio atento e impecable , el restaurante muy bonito , con una magnifica terraza con vistas y la calidad de la comida muy buena , el hotel cuenta con una decoración mediterranea, pero lejos de un hotel cinco estrellas collection , de hecho nos impactó la ausencia de personal en la recepción y personal en la puerta de entrada del hotel , por otro lado , fallo gravísimo , venia con mi padre de 85 años y no habia ascensor de acceso a la planta inferior , restaurante burladero, ni mucho menos al jardin y piscinas , como no han pensado en esto? , gente con movilidad reducida , como van a bajar , a la zona de jardines o piscina , por favor corrijan esto de forma inmediata , es muy importante esta cuestión , por lo demás espacios amplios , y habitaciones que no pude comparar con el antiguo hotel kempiski, pero por lo que he visto en fotos , ambiente cálido y mediterráneo muy cercano a lo que se estila hoy en dia , muy funcional , pero lejos del ambiente gran lujo que se estilaba en el hotel kempiski, en definitiva hotel de cinco estrellas , acorde a la zona , y por cierto les recomiendo que pongan el nombre bien alto en la entrada del hotel (Hacienda de mar) , y no un cartel en la esquina que casi no se ve , al igual que en el desvio de la autopista, son detalles de marca , que no han caido , tienen un valor al alza con este renovado hotel , y hagan valer el nombre de collection , enhorabuena por esta adquisición y sigan creciendo, saludos.y por favor pongan un ascensor exterior para gente con movildad reducida para bajar y subir a las plantas bajas.( jardines ,restaurantes y piscina)”ดูรีวิวเพิ่มเติม

“Hemos estado mi familia y yo unos días en este maravilloso hotel y no podemos tener más que palabras de agradecimiento. Es un auténtico hotel de cinco estrellas. Las habitaciones son impresionantes, amplias, impecablemente limpias y con unas vistas espectaculares. Dormir escuchando el sonido del mar y despertarte contemplándolo es una auténtica vitamina para el cuerpo. Si tuviera que destacar algo por encima de todo, sería el servicio. Ha sido, sin duda, lo que más nos ha sorprendido y lo que hará que siempre recordemos este hotel con muchísimo cariño. Cada persona con la que te cruzas es más amable que la anterior. Todo el personal está pendiente de tus necesidades y cuida cada detalle desde el mismo momento en que pones un pie en el hotel. No puedo continuar sin mencionar a tres trabajadores que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más especial: Antonio y Francisco, del restaurante, y Juan José, del lobby. Qué suerte haber coincidido con ellos. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y amabilidad han marcado nuestras vacaciones y, sin duda, serán una de las cosas que siempre recordaremos de este hotel. Aun así, sería injusto no destacar al resto del equipo, porque absolutamente todo el personal ha sido excepcional, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier cosa o simplemente a dedicarte unas palabras. Las piscinas son excelentes y, además, cuentan con personal que mueve las hamacas y las sombrillas para que estés lo más cómodo posible. También quiero destacar a los dos chicos que entregaban las toallas, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. Además, hay un puesto de helados, batidos y granizados que están buenísimos, y la chica que lo atiende, además de ser encantadora, te deja probar todos los sabores que quieras antes de decidirte. Los diferentes restaurantes y el resto de las instalaciones también merecen un diez. Tanto en las comidas como en las cenas hay una gran variedad de platos, todos muy buenos y elaborados con productos de calidad. Además, disponen de una carta específica para niños. El desayuno también nos encantó: muy completo, con muchísima variedad y productos de excelente calidad. Por último, la ubicación es excepcional. Desde la zona de piscinas puedes acceder directamente a la playa, donde también te preparan las sombrillas y las hamacas, y las vistas son simplemente indescriptibles. Lo único que nos sorprendió fue la poca afluencia de gente. Había huéspedes, por supuesto, pero para lo increíble que es el hotel esperábamos verlo con más ocupación. Si se debe al reciente cambio de cadena, ojalá esta reseña sirva para animar a más personas a conocerlo, porque de verdad merece muchísimo la pena. Aunque, siendo sinceros, esta situación también nos permitió disfrutar de un ambiente mucho más tranquilo y recibir una atención todavía más personalizada. En definitiva, es un hotel impresionantemente bonito, con unas instalaciones excelentes, una gastronomía de gran calidad y, sobre todo, un equipo humano excepcional que hace que la experiencia sea todavía más especial. Nos acabamos de ir y ya les echamos de menos, jajaja. Volveremos muy pronto seguro!!!! Y, por si este mensaje llega a alguno de los trabajadores del hotel: GRACIAS.
