“One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Every hotel is unique in its own way, and of course, some experiences simply cannot be compare. But our stay at Meliá Serengeti Lodge was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the warmth, friendliness and genuine hospitality of everyone. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful, and everything about our stay felt simply perfect. We only stayed for two nights, and looking back, we genuinely regret not staying longer. Had we known just how special this place would be, we would have happily spent another two nights here in the Serengeti before flying back to Zanzibar. Thank you to the entire team for two unforgettable days and for making our time in the Serengeti so special. It was a truly wonderful experience that we will remember for a very long time. “We truly loved the hotel. It’s very accessible and absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to see elephants right in front of the property. The rooms are spacious and offer all the comforts you’d expect from a hotel, including hot water. The food was also excellent, with different concepts each day, and the à la carte breakfast made for a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. Even though we were traveling as part of a group, we still felt individually valued and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Honestly, we loved our experience. Special thanks to Martín, the Front Office Manager, for his kindness and for taking the time to share his stories and those of the hotel with us. There is a great harmony between him and the team, and guests can really feel it. Overall, the entire staff was kind and attentive to us. Thank you we hope to return someday!”

Il est situé dans une zone totalement isolée et il n’y a absolument rien à proximité, à part le parc du Serengeti, ce qui en fait un endroit vraiment unique. Je voudrais tout particulièrement remercier Martín, l’un des managers, qui nous a aidés à tout moment. Personnellement, je ne parle pas anglais et il a toujours été très attentif à nos besoins, en faisant même de son mieux pour parler français avec nous. C’est un jeune homme formidable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.”

“This is probably one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights on a relatively last minute basis and the team were incredibly helpful in arranging everything before I arrived. Thank you to Emmanuel my guide who met me at the airstrip and took me immediately on a game drive. In just 2 days we were lucky enough, thanks to his expertise, to see the big 5. The food prepared by the lodge was excellent, I'm a vegetarian and I was very well catered for. The rooms were stunning, looking out over the Serengeti and one even a Zebra was right outside my window Many thanks to Mosses and team who took such good care of me the few days I was there.
