My experience At the Don Marco hotel was 1000/1000. Everything was perfect . When we checked in the hotel 18/01/25 was bright clean and lovely . We was greeted, By 2 lovely ladies on reception . Rooms clean, Resturant clean , Bar area Clean everything perfect . But I need to shout out my 2 favourite ladies who gave the best service ever . Annie Cedeno & Veronica ( btw hope you liked our gift ) you both deserved it . You too both were superb and made our trip A holiday to remember . From me organising my partners birthday in suprise Annie help me with bday packages and how I can order and then Veronica help me keep it a secret on check in . Great customer service . All team said morning and evening . Very friendly staff . The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choices were WOW. Cocktails were awesome also . I will definitely come back. Sea view 100000% Recommended , Thank you Don Marco . Brilliant

Un séjour en famille plus que parfait. Très bien situé, établissement très propre. Un personnel très accueillant et sympathique, un grand merci à Debora, José, Elena, Cristobal, Simon, Juan, Jonathan, Alfonso, Angela, Encarni.... bravo a tous pour votre professionnalisme et votre sourire. Je recommande vivement Fabrice.

Updated rooms in this hotel suited me but may not suit some as the loo and shower are behind separate doors that open out into the room where the sink is, so might not be ideal if sharing but rooms much better than Pedro and Pablo hotels The later has a lot of work going on Jan 25 so it’s drilling all day so be wary - pic of don Pablo hotel which is like a building site. This means only one bar and restaurant which got overly busy

We spent four weeks in the Don Marco hotel and over all had a wonderful holiday, celebrating Christmas and new year while there.. Any issues we had arriving ,were dealt swiftly by Annie @guests experience desk. Staff are courteous, friendly and Catering staff, waiters/waiteress are kept really busy. Food was satisfying and plenty of variety.. Bedrooms are cleaned on a daily basis by very patient staff. This was our fourth trip having previously stayed in don Pedro,and don pablo..Would definitely stay again..

Had a fabulous Christmas and New Year. In a great location and the grounds and swimming pools were wonderful. The rooms were amazing and so comfortable and clean. The choice and quality of food was excellent. The Gala buffet on Christmas Day and the Gala meal on New Year's Eve both brilliant. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
