Las habitaciones limpias lo único que le faltaba el aire acondicionado y la verdad hacía bastante calor y eso hemos estado en noviembre, las camas decentes Teníamos pensión completa, ninguna queja ,atención excelente ,tanto limpieza, como camareros o recepción. Lo van a reformar volveremos cuando lo tengan nuevo👍

I am staying here from 18th November to the 28th of November, so at the time of writing, it is the 19th November 2024. The hotel location is decent, some noise but no major complaints. Could be better, and it could be worse. You have lots within walking distance. Hotel itself, I was in a room with only one plug socket near the bed, and that was the one the TV was plugged into! There's one behind the sofa, but none accessible closer to the bed. So as a result I have to choose what to use for. However, they offer extension cables subject to availability, which helps a little bit. You can easily hear all kinds of sounds such as doors opening and shutting, housekeeping pulling the beds out to make them up, it's easy to ignore when I'm tired but it's not nice or ideal. Mattress is a bit too firm, and the pillows are not what I am used to. Hopefully, the refurb will see an improvement in many things, but I feel comfortable enough here. The rooms are indeed a bit tired looking, but I actually think that is not too much of a big deal or problem. They are functional and comfortable enough, and the hotel is at least 40 years old. Hotel reception staff are OK, nice enough, decent enough, and patient enough. More needs to be done to teach about non-binary people, though, as I am non-binary. Better tea and coffee choices in the room would be nice. No caffeine options are available, it seems. Buffet food options should all be clearly labelled as not everything is. There wasn't a lot I liked available. And breakfast, I noticed food options weren't hot or tasting fresh, but it was edible. So overall, I am neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, I feel neutral about this hotel. Improvements needed. Not allowing smoking on the balconies would be nice, a better sea view as the room is advertised as such, but can see some of the sea. Overall, in its current state, I'd be hesitant to return, but hopefully, the refurb will see a new lease of life to it. WiFi is patchy, not secure according to my phone, and needs improvements. Can't connect one device to it, which is odd. Allowing all devices should be allowed, not just restricting it to mobile phones and laptops. I'd rate this a 3.5 out of 5, definitely. It's not necessarily a bad thing that, though. Also, I am someone with high functioning asperger's syndrome, a form of autism and maybe they don't know that, but sometimes I feel like I am annoying to hotel staff.

Una estancia perfecta gracias al trato del personal!!!! Nos hospedamos recientemente en este hotel y quedamos encantados con el servicio y las instalaciones. Aunque tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al principio, quiero destacar especialmente la impecable gestión de la directora del hotel Maria, quien resolvió la situación con rapidez, profesionalismo y una atención al cliente excepcional. Gracias a su compromiso y amabilidad, nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa y pudimos disfrutar plenamente de nuestra estancia. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar y esperamos regresar pronto. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!!
