    Super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel. Le personnel est très serviable, très gentil et souriant. Je conseille vivement le red level ainsi qu’une chambre avec vue sur mer ou vue partielle sur mer. Si je reviens à Tenerife, ce sera dans cet hôtel

    Very expensive but great facilities. The downside was that if you have food allergies such as gluten and lactose (wheat, dairy) then they do not cater to you. We were in the Red Level area which apparently is the most exclusive part of the hotel and even so it took us 4 days and specific complaints to get some gluten and lactose free breakfast, some of their staff didn't even know what it meant when we asked. The hotel is right next to the sea and we could not even get a fresh fish in any of their 11 restaurants inside the complex. We had to cancel our final day and go to another hotel in Costa Adeje where my partner could safely eat some food.

The Red Level at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora is in a Class of Its Own My wife and I just returned from our third consecutive year at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, staying from February 13th to the 18th. We return every year specifically to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and once again, the resort exceeded every possible expectation. While the entire property is a stunning, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained oasis, it is the Red Level (Adults Only) experience that keeps us coming back. We were given a truly magnificent ocean front room featuring a private whirlpool. There is nothing quite like the "unforgettable" feeling of watching the Atlantic waves from your own balcony. The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful and taken care of with such obvious pride and detail, but the Red Level provides that extra layer of exclusivity and peace that makes a holiday feel like a dream. We made reservations at each of the incredible restaurants on-site. From the first night to the last, the food was consistently incredible and the service was nothing short of top notch. Every meal felt like a special event, perfectly fitting for a birthday celebration. What truly sets this resort apart is the human element. We want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to Vero, the Assistant Director at the Red Level. Vero is the heart of this operation; she personally ensured that every detail of our stay was flawless and made the "most fantastic" experience possible for us. However, we know that an experience this seamless is a massive team effort. We want to specifically highlight: The Red Level Desk: Their professionalism and warmth make the check-in and concierge experience feel personal and elite. The Adults-Only Pool Team: The service poolside was amazing—attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. In a world where you can travel anywhere, the Red Level team makes it impossible for us to want to go anywhere else. They don’t just host you; they treat you like family. To Vero and the entire Red Level team: thank you for making my wife’s birthday so memorable once again.     Por dónde empezar... Llegar a este remanso de paz de lujo y a la vez tan cercano que te hace sentir como si estuvieses en tu propia casa... Un resort en el que te apetece perderte, sin ser yo de experiencias hoteleras aquí no te da para aburrirte, miles de actividades disponibles para estar entretenida mañana y tarde (deporte en la piscina, paddle, tenis, yoga, pilates, taller de joyas y jabones....) especial mención a Alessia que fue encantadora adaptando todos los ejercicios y con un conocimiento adecuado a mi situación de embarazada. El resto del personal también espectacular... Siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa sin agobiar, con una cercanía tan natural que parece que te conocen. Especial mención a Vero, un ser de luz que con su naturalidad y cercanía te hace no quererte ir nunca de allí. También a Jose, Rubén, Moha, Felipe, Lorenzo, Flavia, Claudia, Ángel, Karen, Alba, Rey, Jorge Peñate y el resto del personal involucrado, sin duda sin profesionales de ese nivel la estancia no hubiese sido lo mismo. Y qué decir de la oferta gastronómica. Desayuno tipo buffet y a la carta de lujo en el Red Level, con posibilidad de personalizar todo tipo de platos sin ningún problema, en una ubicación al exterior donde empezar el día de la mejor manera posible. Además los restaurantes dentro del hotel hacen difícil querer salir de allí: canario que no tuvimos la ocasión de probar, italiano (Olio), asiático (Nami) espectacular... de una calidad impecable. En resumen, un remanso de paz en el que hospedarte con todo hecho que te mereces de vez en cuando.

    Acabamos de volver de estar 4 días en Red Level de Gran Meliá palacio de isora. Que decir de este maravilloso sitio. Desde que llegamos nos hacen sentir como las personas más especiales. Los geniales mayordomos Jose, Rubén, Damián y Moha que solo tienen sonrisas y un sí a todo lo que necesites y más. Incluso antes de que lo pienses ellos ya se han anticipado y se han puesto manos a la obra para que todo vaya genial. La atenciones inmejorable del equipo de recepción como Felipe, Denis y Lucas siendo encantadores y ayudando en absolutamente toda la organización durante la estancia. El equipo de F&B como Lorenzo, Flavia, Claudia, Ángel, Mohammed y Karen que durante el desayuno, open bar, piscina y el bar de la plaza, estuvieron pendientes y ofreciéndonos todo y más. Todos los chefs de cocina, como Rey, Jorge Peñate, Jorge y más que no recuerdo lamentablemente, desde el desayuno, como el Olio y el Nami que nos cuidaron y nos alimentaron increíblemente. La limpieza durante toda la estancia impecable con un cuidado increíble. No tengo palabras para todo el equipo, de verdad que fueron lo mejor de la estancia. El hotel es un paraíso pero sin duda sin el equipo humano no sería lo mismo. Especial mención a Vero que es la guinda del pastel, una profesional increíble que hace que todo parezca fácil y fluido.     Having returned to the Red Level several times for our re.treats, we can only describe it as simply wonderful. The hotel boasts elegant, spacious rooms that are serviced twice daily, a heated pool, and a dedicated restaurant. Staying at Red Level also grants access to the full array of hotel facilities, including the spa, multiple restaurants and bars, entertainment options, and additional pools. What we love most is the freedom of choice: we could drift between the calm of Red Level and the livelier areas of the main hotel as the mood took us. Every restaurant offered exceptional dining, with the Roof Top at sunset being a magical experience, and Agave serving as the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch. The drinks menu is broad and carefully curated; each cocktail and beverage we sampled was crafted to perfection. The staff are charming and attentive. A special mention to Beatriz G., whose warm smile, efficiency, and eloquence added an extra sparkle to our days. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the village, with a picturesque seafront path leading to beaches and natural pools. We were blessed with lovely sunshine and a pleasant 25°C, a true tonic for mind and body. We cannot recommend the Red Level highly enough.

    Estuvimos mi novio y yo este último fin de semana de enero y no lo pudimos pasar mejor. Era nuestra segunda vez en el hotel y, sin duda, repetiremos muchas más. El Red Level merece totalmente la pena y el personal es, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. Queremos destacar a Mohamed en la zona Red Level por su simpatía, y en recepción a Leila, Feli y Vero, que fueron muy cercanos y profesionales en todo momento. ¡Gracias por todo chicos! Como único punto a mejorar, el gimnasio podría ser un poco más grande teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones del hotel.     Tutto il personale merita per gentilezza e disponibilità.     I love this hotel . Red level especially . Very straight forward . Quality comes at a cost . Most things will be resolved with customer service at the forefront of the teams mind . Red level well managed. Busy around pool in January but always beds available . Heated pool cold for us . Better later in the year I made the mistake this year of opting for half board when all our favourite dishes for all the restaurants were not covered by half board and classed as exceptional on the menu .generally adding £80 a day to the price at the end of the holiday . Nami and the bistro by far the best places to eat . Reception at red level welcoming , informative and very productive. Eat breakfast at red level , chill around the red level pool or garden . Eat at Nami or Bistro/ duo . Duck , Mongolian beef , satay chicken , chicken noodles . Chateaubriand In the bistro and duo Rooms after 14 years of visiting are now looking a bit dated but generally fine . Only issue we had is the noise from other guests who seem to wander around the room for hours banging doors with high heels the noise did disrupt our sleep quite a lot . Room service on our last day was very good . No flies at breakfast . We’ve seen this quite a few times in the past . Maybe it’s the time of year or the skips directly outside the hotel on the road that have the lids open generally are being managed. Few cats knocking about in the evening and afternoon at the bistro / breakfast restaurant. We are not cat lovers . Not seen as many guests with dogs as we did this time . You’ll hear a few barks but nothing major . Nice walk into the local village but not a lot else to do . We did pop into las americas and would recommend the show “ history “ 2 hrs in a lovely theatre below the hard rock . Music in the hotel can be hit and miss Very lucky to be able to holiday at red level Stayed for 5 nights . Enough for us as well be back 3/4 times a year . Mohamed the butler as always very friendly as well as all the staff and management.

    Un año más este hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas creando momentos únicos como la Gala de Nochevieja "Ecos de Africa". Ahora, no me canso de decirlo, el éxito del hotel está en el personal que nos atiende. Siempre mencionamos a nuestros amigos pero este año se ha incorporado a tan selecto grupo su nuevo director Santiago y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto.     Han sido 4 días maravillosos. El hotel es una pasada y el personal es maravilloso. Todos los equipos ha estado atentos para que todo fuera perfecto. desde aparcacoches, recepción, camareros de piscina y restaurante hasta el personal de las habitaciones, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Todas las instalaciones y habitaciones super limpias y cuidadas, daba mucho gusto estar en cualquiera.

    Red Level and its staff are incredible! My husband and I have been back for the past 3 years. 2023 for our honeymoon in the villas, 2024 for a week in an ocean front room, and this year as a 3 day hopping spot for a visit to mainland Spain. It’s one of those incredible places that we envision visiting every single year. Jose and Mario are wonderful and exude perfect customer service, patience, and a genuine joy for what they do. Every room we’ve stayed in has been beautiful and always extremely clean. 10000/10- will be returning.. And oh the location is THE BEST on the island…. To a point I want to gate keep this hotel, but alas this place deserves the recognition

    An Unforgettable Return to Paradise – Thanks to the Incredible Red Level Team This was our second stay at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, and once again, it completely exceeded our expectations. While the resort itself is stunning — with its breathtaking views, elegant surroundings, and sense of total relaxation — it is truly the people, especially the Red Level team, who made this stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and exceptional service. We had requested a room closer to the adults-only section, and Claudia went above and beyond to help us. She offered us an incredible master suite with a sea view and a bath on the balcony at a very reasonable upgrade price — we couldn't say no. As we were speaking with Claudia, we were thrilled to be greeted by Dieny, who had made a lasting impression on our previous visit. Seeing him again felt like reconnecting with an old friend. His welcome was genuine, personal, and heartfelt — the kind of moment that makes you feel truly valued. But one person in particular played a key role in shaping our entire experience: Mohamed. From the very beginning, Mohamed made us feel like royalty. He arrived to escort us to the Red Level reception in a buggy and immediately remembered us from last year — something that meant so much. His warm smile, his attentiveness, and the way he anticipated our needs made every interaction with him a pleasure. Throughout our stay, Mohamed constantly went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us — checking in with us, offering help whenever needed, and doing it all with such professionalism and kindness. He is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's greatest assets, and someone who made this trip feel even more special than the last. At Red Level reception, Denis helped us with our check-in — a smooth and pleasant experience as always. The calm, welcoming atmosphere set the tone for the rest of our stay. We also want to thank Ray, another outstanding team member whose friendliness and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Alongside Mohamed, he helped make us feel genuinely cared for — like more than just guests. Special thanks also go to Hugo, Denis, Alejandro, Pablo, Riki, and Elizabetta, each of whom contributed to our stay in meaningful ways. Every interaction, no matter how small, was filled with genuine warmth and hospitality. Finally, we want to express our gratitude to Dean, the Red Level manager. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, he personally stepped in to resolve a small confusion and did so with the utmost professionalism. His calm, kind approach and hands-on leadership were deeply appreciated. While Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora is one of the most beautiful and relaxing resorts we've ever visited, it is the staff — especially Mohamed — who make it truly exceptional.     We stayed four nights for my boyfriend’s birthday and had the most amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer our questions. Communication before our arrival was effortless via email, which made everything so easy. The reception team even helped me arrange a surprise for my boyfriend, and all our requests were taken care of within minutes. The hotel offers complimentary parking for Red Level guests, which is a great plus. We loved the breakfast in the Bistrot Provençal, with a buffet and à la carte options, and enjoyed relaxing by the pools—especially the stunning infinity pool. We also tried the on-site restaurant, La Terrasse, which had an amazing ambiance, divine food, and excellent service. The only minor downside was that the sunbeds by the pools tended to be occupied from early in the day, making it a bit tricky to find a spot. Since we visited off-season, it might be more challenging during peak summer. Overall, everything about our stay was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

    Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien acogidos por todo el equipo, que en todo momento mostró una gran profesionalidad y amabilidad. En especial, queremos dar las gracias al equipo del desayuno Red Level y del snack, que cuidaron con todo detalle la dieta sin gluten que debe seguir mi mujer. Fue un alivio ver cómo se tomaron el tiempo para adaptarse y ofrecernos opciones seguras y deliciosas. Queremos mencionar especialmente a Saray y Elisa, cuya atención y cercanía hicieron que cada mañana empezara de la mejor manera posible. Y también un agradecimiento muy especial a Rai y Mohamed y Mario en recepción, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier necesidad.     Чи варто перетинати "червону лінію"? Досвід у Melia. Цей відгук — не лише про позитив чи негатив. Це інформація для тих, хто вирішує, чи варто перетинати "червону лінію" преміального сервісу в цьому готелі. А також — для самого готелю, якщо він прагне стати кращим. Перше враження: брудний старт Наше знайомство з готелем почалося з шоку, особливо на контрасті з попереднім місцем. Ми давно не бачили такого брудного номера: сміття по кутах, пісок біля ліжка. Дружина зателефонувала на рецепцію з вимогою прибрати або замінити номер. Прийшов хлопець і вимів цілий совок бруду. Черговим розчаруванням стало ліжко, яке скрипіло при кожному русі. Через день проблему частково усунули, зробивши скрип тихішим, але неприємне враження залишилося. Щоденний "сервіс": шум та непорозуміння Наш кожен ранок у готелі для відпочинку починався о 7-8 годині з гуркоту: хтось із персоналу поблизу торохтів відрами чи пересував меблі. Спроба домовитись про зручний час прибирання теж перетворилася на квест. Прибиральниця прийшла на пів години пізніше погодженого часу, коли ми вже повернулися в номер. Спочатку вона сперечалася, потім скаржилася на нас по телефону, і врешті нам зателефонували з готелю з'ясовувати, чому ми її не пускаємо. Це був для нас абсолютно новий досвід "сервісу". Проблиски позитиву Щоб бути об'єктивним, варто відзначити й сильні сторони: * Дуже гарний басейн. * Велика територія. * Відносно непогана кухня та можливість перекусити чи випити кави/коктейль протягом дня. Апогей розчарування: вечеря в буфеті замість ресторану Під час заїзду нас запевнили, що як гості "Red Level" ми маємо пріоритетне бронювання в ресторанах. Коли ж ми спробували забронювати столик на останній вечір, виявилося, що місць немає. Нам, як "преміальним" гостям, запропонували відсвяткувати у ГОЛОВНОМУ БУФЕТІ! Так, правило про бронювання за 48 годин існує, але ми проживали в готелі всього три ночі й намагалися зробити замовлення протягом першої доби. Нащо нам 30 хвилин вихваляли сервіс та наші переваги, якщо їх немає? Ми змирилися, що особлива повага до гостей "Red Level" обмежена сервісом на рівні 3-зіркового готелю. Вечеря в буфеті це підтвердила. Черги за морозивом, суші, які довелося їсти виделкою, та стійки з їжею, що нагадували сніданок. Для мене, людини з дуже поганим зором, еобхідність лавірувати з тарілками в руках серед натовпу дорослих та не дуже гостей — це надзвичайний стрес Постійно боїшся, що або ти когось штовхнеш, або в тебе тарілку виб'ють. Я свідомо обираю преміальний сервіс, де не потрібно носити собі їжу, але не тут... Висновки Таксі до аеропорту ми замовляли з полегшенням. Сумки, до речі, нам ніхто не виніс — навіщо любити гостей, які вже їдуть? Я просто в шоці. З такою непоганою інфраструктурою — такий жалюгідний рівень сервісу. Це була наша третя зупинка у готелях мережі Melia, і вона стала найгіршою та останньою. Навряд чи нам знову захочеться сперечатися з прибиральницями чи "святкувати" у буфетах.

    My girlfriend and I have had a dreamy stay at Red Level Gran Melia Palacios de Isora. From the very beginning, the staff there were super attentive in arranging all the amenities I asked for, whether that was birthday preparations and decorations, restaurant bookings and generally staying in touch. Once we got there, all the staff were super friendly and caring. Special thanks to Denis, as well as Hugo and Ruben for making this a very special occasion and helping us make the most of out this special destination at this special hotel - there are of course others who I couldn’t name, the entire team was fantastic. We won’t forget this visit and we’d surely come back to the same hotel if we get the chance!
