Our experience at Hotel Hacienda del Conde was far from satisfactory. To begin with, the cost of the stay and the New Year’s Eve gala prices were exorbitant for what was offered. The food at the gala was a complete disaster, and the service fell well below the standard expected from a hotel of this category. Moreover, our room’s location was extremely inconvenient, far from everything, forcing us to climb numerous stairs to get anywhere, including reception. On top of that, breakfast was poorly organized, with long waits and a clear lack of planning. We won’t return, and we don’t recommend it, especially if you’re expecting service that matches the prices they charge. A major disappointment.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the warm and friendly welcome onwards. Our sea facing suite was very comfortable and all the staff were efficient.

Un VRAI Hotel 5*. L’hacienda sur plusieurs niveaux est magnifique, aucune faute de gout. 200 employés sont aux petits soins pour vous quand nous étions à peine 200 dans l’hôtel. Le buffet est juste délicieux, c’est une explosion de saveurs pour les entrées et les plats, plus léger sur les desserts. La suite 802 vue mer et golf est parfaite. Le golf est un des top 10 golfs que nous avons fait a travers le monde. Tous les trous ont une vue mer époustouflante, les greens roulent normalement et tiennent parfaitement la ligne. Gardez du temps pour profitez du Spa dans l’hôtel, vous avez l’impression qu’il est a vous tout seul. Amoureux du Golf, des belles vues, des bons plats, du service, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde c’est juste le TOP. Bravo

Sehr schönes Hotel, das extrem gut in die Gegend und den tollen Golfplatz eingebunden ist. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist gut. Es ist sehr ruhig in diesem Hotel, was toll war. Wir haben einzig zum Speisesaal und dem Essen negative Anmerkungen. Der Speisesaal ist eindeutig zu klein. Die Tische sind zu nahe aneinander gestellt und im hinteren Teil fehlt das Ambiente, was in einem 5* Haus nicht sein darf. Das Buffet ist minimal. Es fehlen Wärmeplatten für die Speisen, d.h. vieles war kalt oder nur noch lauwarm. Die Platten werden nicht nachgefüllt, ich musste regelmässig das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen, dass Schalen/Platten am Buffet leer waren. Kleckse werden nicht geputzt. Beim Dessert waren die Eissorten nach kurzer Zeit unansehlich, da das Wasser für den Eislöffel nicht gewechselt wurde. Am Grill standen z.T. totale Anfänger, die x-mal ins Fleisch oder den Fisch schneiden mussten, um zu testen, ob das Bratgut durchgebraten war. Na ja, das war alles andere als 5* und gar nicht zu empfehlen.
