“Generally, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Ranging from fantastic restaurants and bars from different cuisines, however drinks are a little pricey in the evening! The activities to do at the hotel is endless, always something exciting to do and especially for children such as Paddleboarding on the infinity pool, water carpets, water bridges and many others for adults too. The evening concert too! The rooms are good, with all the essential amenities and fantastic attention to detail on certain aspects of the rooms. However, places such as the bedboard, doors, wardrobe were showing there use too much as there were large chunks missing or scrapes. Furthermore everywhere was spotless, especially the bathroom. Words cannot describe how relaxing the shower was! The hotel grounds and pools are just so well kept and stunning ranging from exclusive scenery and huge pools! It was a fantastic experience and I will be returning again soon!”

“Beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Our favourite hotel in the Canary Islands (out of 10+ we've been to) and the only one we'll be actively looking at visiting next year. The location was very well maintained, beautiful and easy to get around. The amount of activities for kids of all ages was wonderful. Particular shout-out to Luciana and the "mini club" for creating an environment our kids actively wanted to visit each day (normally they need a little more encouragement).”

“Increíble hotel, para disfrutar y olvidarse de todo. Increíble piscina e instalaciones. El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Mucha variedad en la comida, cuenta con más de 7 restaurantes en el propio hotel y siempre al acabar el día disfrutarás de espectáculos y animaciones, tanto para niños como para adultos.”

Leur dévouement et leur proximité avec notre famille ont été exceptionnels, toujours attentives au moindre détail pour rendre notre séjour parfait. “My stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was, overall, a wonderful experience, thanks especially to the Agave restaurant, where I enjoyed spectacular food in an unbeatable atmosphere. The service from Bea, Erika, and Bea from Cuba was exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and with a smile that made every meal even more special. Without a doubt, they make a difference and make you feel at home. On the other hand, my experience at the Oasis restaurant was not the best. The service left much to be desired, with slow and disorganized attention that contrasted with the rest of the hotel. It’s a shame because the setting is beautiful, but the lack of professionalism affected the experience. Despite this small inconvenience, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation, especially because of the wonderful team at Agave. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!”

Regarding the dining options, the Agave restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was exquisite, with well-balanced flavors and impeccable presentation. However, what truly made a difference was the outstanding service. Both the service and the food quality fell below the standards expected at a hotel of this category. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met. Despite this minor setback, we highly recommend Palacio de Isora for its beauty, amenities, and the excellent service provided by most of its staff. We hope to return soon!”

I especially want to highlight Bea, Bea from Cuba, and Erika, who made every meal an unforgettable experience. Always attentive, friendly, and with a warm smile, they made us feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. The food at Agave is delicious, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes, but the exceptional service from these three stars took everything to the next level. Without a doubt, we will be back. “Our recent stay at Red Level at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora (25th January- 1st February 2025) was nothing short of spectacular. This was our fifth visit to this incredible resort, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. Having celebrated our first anniversary here in 2016, it was only fitting that we returned to mark our 10th anniversary in a place that feels like a second home. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the Red Level team made us feel so special. The Red Level Reception team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. The Red Level swimming pool and bar team were equally fantastic - attentive, friendly, and always making sure we were well taken care of. A special mention must go to Lorenzo, whose happy smile and kind words made our breakfasts and dinner at Le Bistrot Provençal even more enjoyable. His genuine warmth and hospitality added such a personal touch to our experience, making every meal a delight. The food at the resort was phenomenal. As Red Level guests, we had the opportunity to dine à la carte at L’Olio, Nami, Le Bistrot Provençal, La Terrasse, Nami Teppanyaki, and Duo - though we ultimately chose not to dine at La Terrasse. Every restaurant delivered exceptional quality, but our standout favourites were: Le Bistrot Provençal, where the Chateaubriand was simply out of this world! Nami, with its exquisite flavours and beautifully crafted dishes. Even Pangea and Agave, which offer a more relaxed dining experience, continues to impress us with their variety and high quality. The resort itself remains stunningly beautiful, a true gem in every sense. From the immaculate grounds to the luxurious Red Level facilities, every detail is thoughtfully designed to provide an atmosphere of pure relaxation. We are truly sad to be home, but one thing is certain - we will be back next year (or sooner!). “Hemos pasado varios días en Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido envueltos en un ambiente que combina elegancia, atención al detalle y una calidez que hace que te sientas especial. Elegimos la media pensión, y fue todo un acierto: el buffet es de una calidad increíble, con una variedad que sorprende y unos sabores que conquistan. Desde las opciones más sencillas hasta platos inolvidables como las nécoras, todo estaba delicioso. El trato del personal es lo que hace que este hotel sea único. Cada miembro del equipo nos cuidó con una dedicación y profesionalidad excepcionales. Ane estuvo pendiente de nuestras cenas cada noche, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Joao, con su clase de entrenamiento, nos llenó de energía y nos regaló un rato tan divertido como enriquecedor. Y en el restaurante Agave, el camarero que nos atendió se merece una mención especial por su simpatía y su atención impecable. Cada rincón del hotel tiene algo especial, y el personal es, sin duda, una de sus mayores joyas. También disfrutamos muchísimo cenando en el restaurante Italiano. Los penne místicos fueron una auténtica delicia, y el personal, como en el resto de los restaurantes, estuvo a la altura de la experiencia. Cada detalle estaba cuidado, haciendo que cada comida fuera una ocasión especial. Los atardeceres en el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora son de los más bonitos que hemos visto. Ver cómo el sol se refleja en la piscina infinita y las casetas tipo Maldivas es un espectáculo que deja sin palabras. La atmósfera que se crea en esos momentos es pura magia, especialmente cuando se acompaña de música en directo. Uno de los momentos más especiales fue el jueves, cuando un DJ puso ritmo al atardecer y el ambiente se llenó de vida. El hotel no para de sorprender con sus actividades: yoga, pilates, entrenamientos variados, talleres creativos como el de joyería –que me encantó– y mucho más. Cada momento del día está pensado para que disfrutes de algo diferente. Y para los niños, la oferta es igual de maravillosa. Nuestra hija de 15 meses lo pasó genial con los animadores, que tienen una habilidad increíble para conectar con los pequeños y hacerles disfrutar al máximo. En resumen, el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora es un lugar perfecto tanto para familias como para parejas que buscan una escapada única. Nos vamos encantados, agradecidos por el trato y con ganas de volver. Es un sitio que no solo cumple expectativas, sino que las supera con creces. Sin duda, repetiremos.”

“Mi experiencia en el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora fue absolutamente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue impecable, con un equipo de profesionales atentos y amables que hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Las habitaciones son amplias, perfectamente equipadas y con unas vistas espectaculares, especialmente aquellas con vistas al océano o a los jardines. La piscina infinita es, sin duda, una de las más espectaculares que he visto, perfecta para relajarse mientras se disfruta de unas vistas increíbles al mar. Además, los restaurantes del hotel ofrecen una oferta gastronómica exquisita, con opciones para todos los gustos y un nivel de calidad excepcional. El spa es otro punto destacado: un verdadero santuario de relajación con tratamientos de primer nivel y un ambiente que invita a desconectar por completo. También me encantó la atención a los detalles en cada rincón del hotel, desde las áreas comunes hasta las actividades organizadas para los huéspedes. Sin duda, el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora es un lugar que supera todas las expectativas.
