Me and my partner stayed here with our 2 year old son, we got an upgrade to one of the best rooms if not the best, because we had a minor issue with the heat in our room. From start to finish the staff was amazing and really made this holiday wonderful for us. Special thanks to Carlos & AB , also the 2 managers that showed us the room. We really felt seen and taken care of here. Beautiful luxury modern hotel and the staff made it all a true 5 star experience thanks!

Stellar service, clean, well-appointed rooms with great views, gym/spa/pool facilities were welcoming and comfortable. Nice walking path off of the pool deck towards local restaurants in the neighborhood. The restaurant on property was incredible.

El hotel espectacular las vistas las habitaciones todo perfecto. El inconveniente es la falta de personal, trato es muy bueno y simpáticos e incluso hasta el Socorrista bajito nos ha tratado muy bien y explicándonos los alrededores, para visitar el camino de caballos.

Dieses Hotel ist definitiv ein „Leading Hotel of the World“. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wie wir es auch von anderen Hotels von Meliá gewohnt sind, sind die Mitarbeiter großartige Gastgeber und sehr herzlich. Vom Valet-Service über die Restaurants und das Housekeeping war alles einwandfrei. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön.
