What truly stands out is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Menorca!”

“Wir waren im Oktober für eine Woche im Meliá Cala Galdana und haben in der Grand Suite mit unserem Baby übernachtet. Das Hotel, die Lage und der Service sind einfach fantastisch – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen! Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Eva vom Kidsdom, die sich liebevoll und mit grosser Geduld um unsere Tochter gekümmert hat – das war wirklich grossartig! Ein kleiner Hinweis für Familien mit Babys: Die Grand Suite liegt direkt über der Bar, wo abends die Unterhaltung stattfindet – das hört man im Zimmer leider recht deutlich. Auch die Terrasse des Restaurants liegt direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster, wodurch es bei schönem Wetter bis spät abends etwas lauter sein kann. Für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern also gut zu wissen. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag ans Hotel: Für Familien mit Babys oder Kleinkindern wäre eine frühere Abendessenszeit (z. B. ab 18.00 Uhr) anstatt erst ab 19.00 Uhr sehr hilfreich. Trotzdem: Ein wunderschönes Hotel, hervorragendes Personal und ein toller Ort für Familienferien – wir kommen gerne wieder!”

Os quartos são muito bons e com todas as condições, gel duche, cremes de corpo, shampoo, robe etc. A comida tem muita variedade no entanto não é como a comida portuguesa. A única crítica é referente á loiça que praticamente todos os dias encontramos pratos mal lavados. Mas é trocar até encontrar um prato limpo. Atenção às taxas turísticas que são de 4,40€ por pessoa se utilizarmos uma bebida do bar ou mesmo no restaurante. É extremamente caro! Uma água custa 3,30€ mas leva logo a taxa turística. Atenção!”
