Excellent service and excellent staff

Superb staff, excellent rooms, fabulous pool area. Fast service, exceptionally clean, bright, and airy spaces everywhere. Perfect location for shops, beach, taxis, and buses. Honestly, it's my 3rd time here, and I can't find one negative!

Atmosphere and the hotel itself was a bit dull and boring. We booked as B&B. You couldn't buy a snack from the hotel. The only way to buy a snack was to pay to go all inclusive! The breakfast wasn't great, female staff at the Reception desk were quite abrupt and need further training on their soft skills with it being the most important skill you use when you work with the public, especially at a reception desk in the hotel. It's called Customer Service. It was clean and fresh, the location is great. I probably wouldn't recommend.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff Unfortunately, lifts are very slow, and some don't seem to be working . Food is ok but lacks variety throughout the week.

Went here 20th November tothe 30th had a loveley holiday cudnt complain about any thing all staff were brilliant food was loveley fresh at every meal.one of the best hotels iv stopped in defo going back here room was great but of liked a higher floor for a better view nothing was any trouble for the staff thank you for a loveley stay
